Went in yesterday with a co-worker for lunch. the chicken was old and dried out and of course we did not get what we asked for. we ordered spicy and got mild. I ordered mashed potatoes and instead got French fries that had rigor mortis. However, the genius that served me included a spork for my imaginary mashed potatoes, which was nice. Also, if you are going to hire bearded ladies please be sure to ask them to wear a hair net over their facial hair. Worst popeyes experience EVER!!!

Last week, I received fries instead of mash potatoes. I didnt discover that until I got back to my office. I called the number. No answer. Unable to leave voicemail. Today I get an entirely different meal. Fortunately I discovered this at the light. Still a pain because navigating back to the restaurant was a hassle because of the jug-handle turns. No sorry for your inconvenience or anything.

This place is ass, they stop serving food over 30 minutes before they close, theyve forgotten things as part of my order, completely neglected to give me parts of my order, made me wait for 25 minutes on the side of the drive through for some tenders at like 3pm... I love the food and I love popeyes, but this establishment specifically needs work.

This location is right on a main thoroughfare that leads to all of the main bridges to Philadelphia from South Jersey. I stopped in because I was starving and needed a quick bite to eat. The cashier was nice enough, but the chicken was full of fat, as if it wasnt properly cleaned.

I have to agree with other people who have posted, the service is horrible! Although I do love Popeyes, I totally stop coming to the store. I would not recommend eating here, or driving through to pick up food.

Their hours on the door said they closed at 11 but it was actually 10. Horrible customer service and they were rushing us out the door. Definitely not going back.
