Our waiter was promt and very polite, but the kitchen staff needs some help. The place wasnt that busy and when our food FINALLY was brought to our table, one of the dishes had a long dark hair in it. We complained to the waiter who apologized and brought the dish back to the kitchen. When a new plate was brought back, only the eggs were replaced, they gave us our old hash browns and steak tips that were hot but dried out. They were obviously out under the warming light while they recooked the eggs. The worst part was the hair was across the center of the plate and touched all the food, not just the eggs so I dont know why they couldnt replace the whole plate. We complained AGAIN and they sent us out new steak tips and hash browns but still charged us for the whole meal even with all the problems we had. Never will be returning.

Waiter was super nice. The pros stop there. When we sat down the seats were covered in syrup. So we had to ask to clean them. Than when we ordered our drinks.. one lemonade one water... the cup had black specks. Both of them. We called the manager and he said it was from the "limes" . My water had no limes.. and lemonade isnt made with limes. So when i asked him again he said oh it must be from the coffee. The cups were dirty. Never again. This place has gone down hill fast. Wont be returning. Take the extra 8 min drive to the one on route 3. Much better location. Ps. After all this.. they messed up my fiances order. Shes allergic to tomatoes and we told the waiter that. Guess they dont care about having a lawsuit

Went there a few weeks back and the service was great for a busy sunday morning. The thing that I didnt like with what I saw was how the manager treated the employees. I wish I would of got his name but he looked like a straight up douche. Ive worked in busy restaurants before and I know how it goes but I noticed how he would talk bad to his employees through his mic and disrespecting some of the waiters and waitresses when they were doing their job. And god bless those bus boys going back and forth like crazy and he was constantly talking down to them as if they were a lower species then him. Maybe I am wrong and I dont know what its like behind closed doors but thank god I dont work for this guy.

Terrible service, hair found in food, waitress wasnt going to charge us and offered us a new order but waitress went back on her word and charged us anyway, she offered us a coupon to compensate for the hair found in food but we didnt receive it because she saw we werent leaving her a tip, instead of tending to customers waitress runs out to chase a group of people who didnt tip, kept every one waiting for at least 30 to 45 minutes before taking an order, waitress never came back to our table until 1 hour 30 mins later after we received our food to see if we needed anything else, took an additional 30 min to get our check!!! Worst experience ever!!!!!!! Never again!

Unfortunately this Ihop is by far the worst of any restaurant Ive been to. Yes it is Ihop, but their customer service and food isnt that great. On numerous occasions Ive had to wait for the waiter/waitress to get my drink order and my food order......well that was another long wait. The food is usually cold by the time it gets to your table and its soaked in so much grease. I have always had an issue here and the main one is the wait for the server to go go your table. Ive heard so many complaints that its strange noone else has posted a review. Im sticking to the route 3 location even if it is a longer drive for me. I hope they change their bad staff.

I have been coming to this iHop since the one in Wayne at the Preakness Shopping Center burnt down. The service is amazing and the food, like it never changed. I will come back here over and over again if it stays the same but since the times are changing, i have noticed a few younger generations coming in to seek work and getting granted such yet do not have the work compatibility which causes this place to lose its customers and value. Shame that the minimum wage is going up yet the employees act the same.

Went there last night with my boys around 12am. I got the country fried steak with the New York Cheesecake pancake stack and it was great. The service alone was phenomenal. Super nice, welcoming, helpful, and quick. I couldnt get the names of the two gentlemens that helped us out but Shout out to them. Two younger guys, early 20s maybe. Anyways, the place is A1 and its 24-hours, my boys and I decided this was gonna be the usual spot

What else can I say...I love IHOP. This location is great for quality food and service. Taking away 1 star Only because of location. Parking is a bit tight and entrance from highway can be tricky. Restaurant is located on back/side of Gym and next to Car dealer. Otherwise...once you figure it out...your golden. Try to go on off hours because its very popular.

my experience at this ihop was overall aggravating. they need new staff, everyone is rude & giving people dirty looks. like we the people are giving you the business. my buttermilk pancakes were not cooked all the way & it was very unpleasant having to just throw a 5 stack away... dont recommend this location to anyone.....

Worst ihop experience Ive ever had. I was practically sitting in the lobby eating my meal. Asked the hostess if she had anything else available and she stated we would have to go back to the bottom of the waiting list. I will NEVER come back to this ihop. Complete joke of a restaurant.

How do you give 0 stars? This place finally charged my credit card yesterday from a purchase all the way back in October! What the hell is that?! They owe me 26.00 dollars. How did they not charge me for months? And I could swear Ive already been charged on my account for it.

I was there today with my son. The service was great we were greeted by the manager. The food was also good. The waitress was the best and sweetest that I ever had in any restaurant. I recommend this IHOP to everyone. Great manager and service. Will be back!!!!!!

This place is so bad. The French toasts wasnt well cooked. The service sucks. I had to keep asking for napkins. The bananas were old. And my friends complained too. This place looks fancy for nothing. And theres like 50 waiters for nothing. What is this.

I come here usually after 1-2 AM with my friends because the food is so good. I have never been unsatisfied and the waitresses are very kind. Ive never been there in the day yet so I have no clue how their service is then, but perfect for after hours.

We have waited 40 min before she decides to even say hi to us ... Ive never came here and had a good service .... They combo is always extra just by changing the choice from pork to turkey .. Very disappointed at this place never again
