I constantly have issues with getting the wrong items in my order. I go to the drive-thru and I say "No ketchup" loud and clear and end up getting ketchup on it. I have to drive back and get the correct order and when I inquire "Just how hard is it to understand no ketchup;" and I get told "I thought you said Only ketchup." So, tonight, I decided to go inside to order. The manager takes my order. I had ordered a bacon cheeseburger, regular hamburger and a bacon and cheese chicken tendercrisp which I told him 3 times, along with other items. As my order was being made while I was getting my soda, I hear one of the workers say to the little Hispanic woman making my order who has made my orders wrong multiple times "No. No ketchup." Ah! Glad he caught her before she ruined another order of mine. Well, when I got home and took my order out of the bag, the hamburger was a cheeseburger and the bacon and cheese sandwich had no bacon or cheese. So, here we go, off to waste my time going back to get the correct order. I go back into the restaurant, not happy at all and put the cheeseburger and chicken sandwich on the counter and ask how the heck they always seem to ruin my order? So, they make the cheeseburger and chicken sandwich correctly this time........or do they? The manager hands me the bag and I open the hamburger wrapper and its made correctly. I then open the chicken sandwich and, yup, they screwed it up again! This time, I just about snapped. How in the world can this happen???? So now, the manager says he will make it because the little Hispanic lady screwed up yet again! The lady asked what she needed to make and the manager told her and she still made it wrong. If this woman cant read or understand English, then she doesnt belong working there. This was the 4th or 5th time she screwed up and Im sick of it. If you cant understand "no pickles", then you shouldnt work in a business thats full of pickles! Because of the 2 screw-ups, there were no longer any chicken patties, so they had to make more. Because this whole incident took an hour to fix, I had to have the whole order re-made because everything was now cold. The manager gave me the bag and I told him that the owner would be hearing from me. He didnt say a word. No apology. Never again will I step foot into this place. The help needs help. If the manager cant understand "Bacon and cheese" told too him 3 times, then everyone under him is a nightmare.

Is "upscale Burger King" a thing? It looks like youve walked into the lounge of a nice modern hotel. Very clean, open space, with nice interior decoration. What used to be an elevator is converted into a semi-private dining room for maybe 8 people. Then theres "coffee shop" style seating where you get a little cushion and a little table and free WiFi. I would not hesitate to bring someone here for a business meeting. Hope this catches on throughout the BK chain and others. Only concern is with the play place. The kids love it, but unlike McDonalds across the street, its not in a separate room. They can just run out and start bothering other people.

Orders are constantly made wrong. Even when the manager says he will remake it, it is done wrong. I had one order made wrong 3 times in a row in the same visit. It took 45 minutes for them to finally get it right as I stood waiting. Havent been back since and wont go back.

Place Sucked. 2 people working... food was horrible. Do NOT go there. It will be closed very soon if Burger King was Smart its giving the franchise a BAD Name. i just watched 3 people complain about their meal while eating. Nobody goes there orders are always wrong.

Personally, I appreciated the fast service. The food tasted good and the staff friendly. I have gone several times and I deducted one star as the service is a bit uneven with wait times. However, I appreciate friendliness over wait times.

Went to get food on my lunch break and the guy at the drive through kept telling me to wait. It suppose to be fast food! Waited 5 minutes and had to go to Wendys. Last time I go to burger king on my lunch break. Poor service...
