I went to buckets with my boyfriend and his cousin and friend just wanting to order a few drink and eat some lunch (we are all over 21). After we ordered a drink our server carded us after taking or IDs she said she needed to scan them. Another girl came back and announced to the whole patio that our IDs were fake but we could still eat there. We were floored because we are all over 21 and were just utterly confused. When we walked back into the restaurant to talk to the manager we saw our IDs were bent literally in the shape of an L. We were furious because this was now mutilated, unusable damaged property. When we spoke with the "shift manager" she was the most rude, nasty, incompetent individual I had ever dealt with in the restaurant business. She would not even hear us out and threatened to call the cops on us EVEN THOUGH OUR IDs WERE REAL PA LICENSES. So we agreed to call the cops. While waiting the real manager showed up heard the story and proceeded to ask us to leave as to not embarrass them with other customers in the restaurant. When the cops showed up they ran our IDs through the their system proving they were real. Even after this proof the staff and managers were insensitive and gave an insincere, half-assed apology. I work in the restaurant business and I have never in my life heard of a situation like this in my life. The most infuriating part of this story is how terribly we were treated during this whole situation. The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. I will never ever return to this hole in the wall again.

Stopped in for lunch on a Saturday waiting for check in time at the house we had rented in Stone Harbor. 4 in our little group. Ordered a variety of items off the menu (tacos, quesadillos, salads, onion rings & sweet potato fries). All of the food was very good - well prepared, and flavorful. Very happy with the food. Also enjoyed dining out side, overlooking the bay, under some very large, industrial sized umbrellas. Unique ambiance to it. The menu is a bit pricey compared to comparable places back home, but thats to be expected for shore places. They have a busy season from May to Sept, and we were in the middle of that. Only disappointment was the service. They were not real attentive to us (i.e. refilling beverages, etc...), and when the food came out, it arrived in stages. First delivery included 2-3 entrees, and then 5-10 minutes later, the rest of the food arrived. Not ideal way to serve a table, and it was not just us. I noticed several tables with the same thing happening. So overall, good food & unique ambiance, but not strong on table service.

This place is extremely poorly run. We went on taco Tuesday, which is advertised as "$5 tacos all day". Your server wont tell you, but this special applies to ONE specialty taco. All of the others are $11 to $15 for two tacos. The fish tacos were good, but not nearly worth the price. All of our food came out of order. We got our appetizer, which was an 8oz paper cup of bland guacamole with chips for $14, after our main dishes. We decided to be adventurous and ordered the huge fishbowl margarita for $45, but it was unremarkable and watered down with tons of ice. The guacamole ran out before the chips, so we asked for some pico / salsa for the table. They told us there would be a charge, and brought out a 1oz plastic cup 5 min later. We told them it was too small and asked for more, and they brought out an 8oz paper cup of what looked like Chi Chis. They charged us $1 for the 1oz cup and $6 for the 8oz cup. This is a Mexican restaurant by the way. Very disappointing.

Margaritas were the worst we ever had and way overpriced at $12 for a glass. Menu descriptions dont match what you actually get and food was subpar as well. Hostess doesnt do her job, a group came in asking for a table on the patio and she told them that they could go outside and find a table themselves while she sat at the computer. Would give less than 1 star if able, dont expect this place to stay open very long. Also next to an outdoor aqua park and has kids soaking wet walking around the restaurant leaving puddles of water throughout and they only put up caution floor is slippery signs...

Worst Mexican food we have ever had. The chef does not know what cerviche is, he took the salsa and threw bad shrimp in it. I had to spit it out as I tasted that it was bad. The soup was overpriced and warm at best. They are called a Mexican restaurant but they have no idea. Locals would shut this place down. The only reason it is busy is because of all the shore visitors that do not know not to go in. My son can eat lots of baskets of tacos and he barely could finish one here. It is unbelievable that food like that could be served and they can charge for it. Dont go!

The bartender was so rude. He snapped at my father for asking why he didnt get all of his change. Apparently they dont have change here, so they round down the change they owe you. We were fine with this, but just curious. The bartender did not like us asking, and gave us an extra dollar apparently to make us feel stingy, saying, "fine, heres another dollar, straight out of my tips." Such a jerk! The food was okay but we waited for a long time and it didnt make up for the poor service at the bar.

Baffled by the bad reviews here.... We really enjoyed our food! Its a perfect location, cool decorations, and relatively laid-back.. casual spot to grab some quality food and great Margaritas. The staff was awesome and helped get us seated as fast as possible by arranging tables to accommodate our kids. All the food was super flavorful, reasonably priced, and tasted incredibly fresh. Will return. PS. The guac was insane. I wish I had the recipe.

Food was so good and fresh, drinks on point, atmosphere was cozy, clean, bright with good views and the service was fast ,super sweet ,accommodating, patient, and fun. As a local we are always looking for somewhere different, close and on the water but mostly kid friendly. This really exceeded our expectations and my husband and I are already planning on going back.

My first time here and will never come back. Over priced for bad food. Ordered their organic margarita, tasted like I was drinking right out of the mixer bottle. Roasted vegetable salad which was just very diced vegetables and romaine. Horrible service for 8 employees on staff just sitting around and 4 people seated to eat. She never came out once.

My little sister and I wanted to experience some Mexican cuisine for the night. We ordered the Chicken and Chorizo Quesadillas, which were a delight, we also ordered the Nachos (or should I say "Nachos") for $12, which was a mistake. In the description of the Nachos it was said there would be cheese...but I tend to disagree.
