We went to our local TGI Fridays for our anniversary, the food was pretty good, which it had better be since we waited for over half an hour. Soon after, I turned to look out the window to our right, only to find a COCKAROACH looking back at me. We had to ask multiple servers multiple times to finally see a manager, which took another hour. Then when we actually got to speak to her, she didnt seem to care at all. She left midconversation and nothing was done about the roach. When we left, they had removed the sign with the complaint number listed on it, and the manager gave us a hard time about trying to get it. The hosts seemed to care more about this than anyone else. Overall a terrible experience, and we will never be returning.

Worst Fridays weve ever been to. Everything we ordered was ice cold. Appetizers and entrys were ice cold. The two tables next to us had the same problem. We asked to speak with the manager about everything and she had no time to talk to us. We ended up walking out after the server said that they were covering our meal. Im 9 months pregnant never offered to get us new food or remaking it. We never spoke to the manager completely unexceptable we waited for her for 30 mins.

Took forever to get any kind of service and then even longer. Kitchen forgot the cheese on my cheeseburger and then refired the burger until it was a piece of charcoal. Waitress never apologized and the manager was too busy to see us, but she was running around to apologize to other tables. Never coming back.

Food is pretty low quality. Everything is frozen and fried. Appetizers are expensive. Every appetizer is $10 bucks. Got a burger from fridays this weekend and it was horrible. Tasteless and no flavor. Obviously a pre-made frozen burger. I definitely regret getting food here.

Do not recommend! Food is terrible. Went there once ever and will never go back again. They served us raw food told us they would give us a discount for the inconvenience and there was no doscount at all. Go to the one in Parsippany!!! Dont waste your time at this place.

Beer was flat, food was cold, sent back...second time 1/2 of the food was hot, the other 1/2 was just lukewarm. ..so done with this place, wont return after many years of coming here...Management needs to take a good look as to why this place is EMPTY!

Its Fridays. You go here because you like consistency, affordability, and a solid meal with friends or family. Service is average at best, but its far from horrible. If my family is picking between the larger chain restaurants, this place usually wins.

Prob one of the worst experiences Ive ever had dining out. Slow service, rude waiter. Talking bad about us not far from our table. And the check was wrong and way more expensive than it was supposed to be and we still HAD to pay it.

Bruh we waited for about 30mins to get a sever to take our order another 20 mins to get the drinks and another 40mins for our small quick and simple meals to come at our table. and yet they still complain that they didnt get tip.

Food was ok as all I had was an appetizer. Great atmosphere (but then again that could be the company) bartenders were inattentive and talking to their friends. It took us more than 30 mins to get drinks refilled.

Staff is great late at night or Friday/Saturday evenings as well. Other evenings are slow, but generally have poorer service (especially at the bar), and blander food. Cannot speak for any midday service.
