came home from a long day of work and decided to order... we usually like to go in but my boyfriend and I were just too tired so we decided to call for delivery at 8:32 pm. 9:30 comes around still no food.. I call and Tara picks up stating they are backed up and the delivery guy should be there soon. Things happen so i understood. I called back at 9:45 asked for the Manager he said he should be there any second.. once again the run around. 10 pm rolls around Im hungry my boyfriend is hungry and both my children, I call and ask for a refund and the bell rings. I sent the delivery guy away and asked for confirmation of my refund,. they couldnt give it to me. Ive never been so disappointed with this place before but this experience of the run around turned me off...

The first time I ordered delivery from there everything went perfect and food was amazing! I ordered again last weekend and our food showed up late and was the complete wrong order. We had to wait for them to come back and pick up the wrong order, go back, make the correct food (because ours was given to another house somehow) & come back with the correct order. Meanwhile we are now going on two hours from the original order... they come back with the "corrected" order which was...surprise, surprise! Wrong again. I immediately called for a refund a sent the food back. Needless to say I was extremely disappointed & inconvenienced. I will never order from them or go to the diner again!

The place is tremendously clean ! ! well air conditioned plenty of parking the food is outstanding they are noted for the chicken frenchess over rice I have had it in new york city at 50 dollars a plate and it the plaza 46 for 15 dollars with refills on your drink free you cant go wrong all their waiters and waitresses are polite yes they laugh they have a good time it is a lively atmosphere with 3 sport televisions easy to view comfortable seats clean tables a clean bathfoom air conditioned ! I give it 5 stars ! ! ! ! ! Nowhere on earth has free refills on iced coffee nowhere large iced coffee cream sugar at the table and free refills go try and get that at Dunkin Donuts

New Jersey is known for having the best diners.... this places ranks among the top 3 WORST DINERS in NJ!!! Completely over-priced for either low quality food or a terrible kitchen staff, either way the food was terrible both times that I went. Now lets get into how obscenely over-priced everything on their menu is. Then to top it all off, they have 3 seating hosts that are absolutely miserable and uncharming (I guess why that position is usually filled by the Ladies).... Long story short, dont waste your time or your money!!!

Ate there tonight. It was awful. Waiter never delivered our waters, we asked twice. I asked for an ice tea twice. We asked for chamomile tea, we got black tea. He then told us after we told him it wasnt the tea we wanted that they dont have chamomile. He didnt bring the salsa, guacamole or sour cream with our quesadilla. I asked for no black olives in my salad, I got black olives. We asked for the dressing on the side, that didnt happen. It was just awful. And now I have awful stomach pains!! Literally everything went wrong.

Went to dinner tonight with my family. The food was below average which I can accept . As I got home I checked my bank statement and they charged me 70 dollars TWICE! I called up and spoke to the kid Anthony who took my card payment who claims he is a manager. He tells me like a wise guy not to bullshit him! Mind you I was being polite to him prior. I truly believe he is running some sort of scam on people and running credit cards multiple times and keeping peoples payments. DO NOT I repeat DO NOT EAT HERE!

A dinner that cannot make pastrami on rye sandwich, I didn’t think it was possible. Plaza 46 Diner dried out the pastrami then let the sandwich sit under the heat lamps to finish it off before serving it. I spoke to management; they said I ate some of it so they would charge me half. I mention I would not be coming back.. Management response “you win some you loose some”. Loose this diner’s address…

The food is Ok but I found the atmosphere to be very loud and stressful. The owner screams across the dining hall instead of talking with her customers and is quick to yell and curse at her waitresses. I HAVE NEVER been in a diner that is so boisterous before. If you are looking to have a quiet meal this is not the place for you. It is comparable to a truck stop with the mentality to go with it.

First time visitor. Atmosphere was great. Courtesy vallet parking was a surprise. But i did tip the attendant for parking my car. The food was astounding at a reasonable price. Music band was a little loud over our conversation but it was okay. Overall, it was worth the visit.

I was physically attacked by a BLACK customer with 2 others black men there and the manager of the dinner was right there and he did not call the police I had to go to the police Dept to report it!!!!!!! The BLACK guy slammed the door of my car on my head.

Food is so nasty, tomatoes were bad, and i dont want to know how old were these eggs on my salad. I ate only 3% of my salad and nobody asked if anything was wrong. Later the manager said im sorry and that was it. Not going back.

Everything we had here was very good! We have gone there a few times a week since we got here. The only thing I wouldnt recommend is the gravy. Great sandwiches, great steaks, great breakfast, and all at a reasonable price. :)

Recently went there at around 8 PM. I found the service to be excellent. The waiter was very polite and so kind. The food tasted good enough (I had cheese quesadillas). Overall a good experience and I hope to return soon.

This has been my "home Diner" for 17 years. I am relocating to Texas and I had to stop in a couple of times before leaving. Great food, great service, inviting atmosphere. I will miss them!

I took my family here last week, we all loved our food!!! Best broiled salmon i had the pleasure of eating in a while. I was very surprised coming from a diner. WE WILL BE BACK.
