We were in Somers Point a few weekends ago and saw that a new place had opened up. We love trying new places and were pleasantly surprised at how nice it was. The interior is quite lovely with lots of red, black and gold. The food was excellent! They had just opened up 3 days prior and it was the first weekend of the soft opening and we just happened to show up at the right time. Chef Raffael came out to meet his guests -all the pasta is homemade. We tried two appetizers - antipasto platter and the eggplant ripieno, both of which were great - One of the specials of the night was Shrimp with artichokes over pasta - excellent and not real spicy which was nice. Salads down to the dessert were all great! We could not have had a better meal and are planning to return very soon. One negative note - the corking fee on the wine - its a BYOB so you dont expect to get charged!

Called today from across the street and the guy that answered the phone said they didnt open until 3pm but if we wanted, we could come on in anyway at 130 pm. I was a little concerned but also intrigued so we went for it and we were not disappointed. We were treated to a complimentary bruschetta that was delicious. Farming courses we had Lobster ravioli, bronzino end they even made homemade french fries and chicken fingers for my youngest son. Obviously since we were the only ones there the service was unbelievable. Raphael the owner stopped to make sure everything was perfect. And Alvi the server from Albania was one of the nicest people and I gave him a great respect for being here less than a year and learning how to speak two different languages. I cant wait to go back for dinner!

This food is over the top good. Place has clearly caught on as its hard to get a descent reservation and it is crowded. The only negative is the sound level is pretty strong like yelling at a bar. (I guess it was a late reservation and people are louder.) Tables kinda close upstairs. Would go again in a heartbeat for the tastes.

Great place for really exceptional Italian food. The owner is a really awesome guy treated us well at our visit here definitely recommend this to all others who visit OCNJ and Somers point. Make sure you bring your own beverage. But they do give you a complimentary glass.

Very awesome staff me and my husband went for our anniversary dinner so last minute not planned they stayed open for us we called a few minutes before they closed and the food was delicious.
