Fried Calamari is one if my favorite starters, and i have had the best here and a couple other places in the city. I have been to this place more than 6 times with my co-workers in the last one yr and was never disappointed, they have been very consistent with the food and service and this is the only place nobodys ever skeptical about(my friends at work are a little too picky). You should also try the specials, i never went wrong with my choices on the specials; All your entrees come with Linguini/Zucchini w marinara sauce/rice; Veal? Try veal Madeira I love that Sauce they make. Very reasonable portions and pricing. Try this place!

I have never had a bad meal here. The rigatoni with sausage and cream is absolutely delicious. The string bean & tomato salad is wonderful and the eggplant rollatini is fabulous. They even have whole wheat/grain Italian bread which is delicious. It is also very moderately priced. Go there and enjoy. The Travelers review is a joke. Ive eaten at Portofinos in Morristown and there is no comparison. I had spaghetti and sausage and it was tasteless and watery.

Lets set his restaurant straight.... by saying how DELISH the food is! I surprised my mom with a 25th birthday with about 30 people. Everyone kept saying how perfect the food was. Our pasta was al dente, the dessert was amazing..our entrees were hot and wonderful! Service was good. They let us stay there over 3 hours without rushing us out. We ate on the patio and we had a wonderful time!!! Thank you, Il Villaggio for a beautiful day with wonderful food!!! :-)

Food here is ok definitely overpriced. Went here one time with my wife and the waitress brought me the wrong food, no big deal at all, but then she insisted that was what I told her and basically went back and forth with me like a 5 year old. When I spoke to the manager they comped my meal. Dont go here all these people giving positive reviews are just regulars that go here all the time. Go somewhere else theres 50 better places in the area.

Very pleasant staff, always nice. Food is always good!!! Whoever posted the bad reviews must own that business, if the review was real, they would have never posted a business you should go to instead, so its obvious. These people work hard, and the taste of the food here says it all! 20 years and we still come here Chris C.

Excellent cuisine and service. The wait staff has always been most welcoming and kind. We have been visiting them for many years. They have also provided us with private party accommodations for baptisms etc. This is a great place to visit for informal dining at its best.

This restaurant is the worst, the service is mean and the food takes too long to come. Do not come here ever !!!!!!!! I recommend you go to Portofinos Restaurant 29 Mills St, Morristown, NJ 07960. The place is called Il Villaggio because the food makes you ill.

My favorite dish is the scallop and shrimp scampi over linguine. My meal is always amazingly GREAT, the service is OUTSTANDING, and price is reasonable. If you are considering stopping by this restaurant to grab a bite to eat... Do it!
