Good place for coffee, friendly service, and baked goods. Not many savory options during the time I visited, 8 am on a weekday mid week. Place looks and feels cozy and very hipster! Baked items were superb. Update 12/24/16: came back for an after lunch snack. Got a tea, two cookies and a small bag of bread sticks. Total was $16.25. Not sure how much each item was but everything they put out sells out fast. Nothing gets left over so their market pricing definitely works. I cant say I would not return as despite the extreme price I was delighted with the taste of everything I got and the friendly staff.

Very good, love the variety and everything tastes amazing. But whenever they are helping a customer, they almost fully ignore them to have a conversation with another customer or employee. Also whenever they dont have labels so I ask what a certain thing is specifically, one specific woman always acts so annoyed. Be a little friendlier and attentive to the customer youre currently helping.

Inventive and unique baked goods that are satisfying and not loaded with sugar. Only gourmet-quality items available here. I believe they only serve Café Grumpy coffee here. Grumpy coffee is one of the best around, and I am so glad I can get my fix so close to home. Keep up the great work! Hope the town is smart enough to appreciate your quality goods.

Wow, Erie bakery is a MUST try!! I worked in a higher end pastry shop in Arlington, VA in my younger days and those were really good pastries, but my expectations were blown away when I had Erie. Their pastries are incredible!!! You can tell they take pride in the work they do, Im coming here again!

quite possibly the greatest baked goods Ive ever eaten. Luckily my mother doesnt have a google account, so I am free to say the owner beats her fare and square. Good coffee, beautiful interior, and always walk out with a smile. I would go to the place and no place else. Erie rocks.

Great pastries. Amazing coffee. All around great place. Its all small batch and made daily so prices are a bit higher but its good for a treat. Definitely a Brooklyn spot in Jersey.

Best Bakery this side of the Hudson River. Always ask for what new and interesting, Renee never disappoints. The $5 coffee and slice of pie is the best deal you will find around.

I cant stop going to Erie. Everything is fresh and home made. All taste good. Staff are so friendly. Rutherford is a beautiful town and safe. Nice atmosphere. Highly recommend
