Good service good food! It is a chain so it is hit or Miss whether good food and good service but this is one of the better Panera Bread in the chain. The food is consistent and the portions are healthy and consistent as well. And by that I mean there are other Panera Bread where your salad has four leaves and two pieces of chicken, but this one is not cheap with the portions

Disgustingly horrible service. We had received a gift certificate for service being not up to their standards at different Panera Bread. When we tried to use the gift certificate at this Panera they said they will not honor this. It clearly states on the certificate you can use It at any Panera bakery or cafe . We left because of this horrible Manager

Food is good but the service is TERRIBLE. I work in the shopping mall so I come often and almost always they are extremely slow and not very polite. Messed my order up 2 times and were upset with me when I wanted what I payed for. Several times after I pay they just stand around goodfing off instead of making my order

Good food and always busy. They need more help sometimes at the register as the store is constantly under pressure to serve hungry shoppers at Tices. Go and enjoy, just dont get frustrated when they ask you twice what you want to eat...in the end, its delicious.

This is your run of the mill Panera. This place can get pretty busy due to the local crowds, but I like the way that its laid out, and I havent had an issue with the food Ive ordered here when passing through.
