My daughter came into Carvel Wednesday night June 14 around 9pm. She was serve by a kid that was wearing a black cap turned backwards. She got her ice cream she paid for it and she was to receive her change of 30 cents back. Do you know this kid had the nerve to tell my daughter it is on 30 cents and put it in the tip jar. I understand it was only 30 cents but is was her change she was do to receive back. I love going to this Carvels but I will tell everyone do not support this business because there employee is trying to shake down customers for tips.

I ordered a medium chocolate hazelnut soft serve cone. I dont know how the girl did it but the ice cream was about to fall over. Instead of making me a new cone she threw the ice cream and cone into a cup. Excuse me, that isnt what I ordered. On top of that, my boyfriend ordered a thick coffee shake. It tasted watery and it wasnt thick whatsoever. Next time I want ice cream, Ill go to Dairy Queen or wait for an ice cream truck.

I agree with Cathy that they clean the equipment early all the time but have always been able to get what I needed even if they did that. Good service and easy to get to for me. The main reason I come here is that this is one the the very few Carvels with Pistachio ice cream without the nuts.

Beside the ice cream being delicious, the staff is always so friendly, they keep the place very clean. I have had so many times where I needed a cake and have writing on in, and overtime they do such a great job on short notice! thank you!
