I used to love this place but everyday on this week they didnt have something from the Menu like the multigrain slice bread, the crackers for the soup,napkins, plus the turkey,plus no enough people to supply the orders on time so I had to wait 15 min or more to get what i ordered, and when I finally though I was getting something to eat, they were missing some thing on the sandwich because they didnt have it.instead of letting me know when I was ordering and making me waste my precious time

I love the Au Bon Pain at Short Hills but the service here was bad. The man who took my order was on his phone and we had to say "excuse me" twice to FINALY catch his attention. The other man who made our sandwiches didnt even check the order and got it wrong.

I love this place! I went in today, 2/19 at 8:30, hoping to get my favorite sandwich but instead was rang up by a very rude girl who made me feel unwelcome. To make matters worse she completely got my order wrong. Dont know if I will be coming back.
