Been a long time since I or the wife had any White Castle so we decided to make the 1 1/2 hour drive to get to one. Took our kids cause we were exited to show them an almost extinct place from when we were younger. The place was kept clean enough to not make us think it was a dump, bathroom was decently cleaned. Service was good, quick and polite. Food came up quickly but thats were the experience went downhill. The food although looked alright, it was pretty bland and flavorless. At that point we just decided to not go there any more. Well keep our memories from our childhood. 2 stars for the cleanliness and politeness. No more because of the quality of the food.

I was in hurry today. Thought I grab a hamburger and drink. There was no line. Put my order in drove to the window waited 10 mins before anyone came to the window. Then a woman came to the window talking to someone else on her head set, so I waited the window opened and close several times. Then she said sorry. I asked her how much, I then gave her the money, and she left the window again.I thought now were is she going???? There were many cars now behind me, blowing their horns. Finally after a total of 16 mins I got my order, but I had to ask for my drink. She again said sorry.So if your in a hurry, dont count on White Castle they have , very slow service.

Drove 20 minutes away to get white castle. Waited in the drive thru for 15 minutes until the girl comes on and asks if we ordered. I said no, proceeded to place my order, waited in line for another 15-20 minutes while the girl leaned on the counter and did absolutely nothing. Im sorry, she was on her cell phone doing something. Finally get our order. Drive all the way home and then realize that they shorted us items. Very unhappy with their service. The girl kept complaining about wanting to go home. She should have just left considering she is definitely not good at her job.

Im from Newark N.J. and the white castles there are 10 times cleaner than that crap hole. the mens bathroom floor was covered in piss I almost threw up trying to use the bathroom. The trash cans were over flowing and i was there for little over an hour and no one even bothered to empty one. The service was good and the food was great. It just sucks the the lack of proper management brings this place down. i have visited a lot of white castles in my area and i have never experienced this level of discomfort in one of these restaurants.

The young woman that took my order was not friendly, did not smile once. When I told her I thought there was something wrong with my order she seemed annoyed. There was no one else in line, so I dont know why she was. The food was not very good. All of our burgers were soggy on the bottom. There fries were not salted at all. It was 24 bucks for three small, not so great meals. I hope this isnt the norm. I remember going to white castle as a kid and the food and service was always great.

White Castle is great for a fast food restaurant. The delicious but tiny burgers ("sliders") are grilled to perfection and have just the right amount of onions and pickles. The fries and onion rings are consistently good. I make a special trip here whenever I am in Easton. The White Castles in my area closed because you get so little food for the money and they just could not compete with the other chains and their $1 menus. But I would rather pay extra here for tastier food.

There isnt a white castle near where I live so Ive always wanted to see if the actual thing tastes any better. It doesnt, the sliders taste like the frozen box you can buy at any super market, and the fries are essentially just frozen crinkle cut fries that you can also get at the super market. If you enjoy this type of food then by all means stop on by, the service here is great but not worth going out of your way for if you were expecting something different.

I dont usually go to regret-castle, but I was in the mood. Tried to order food but the system was down and I didnt have cash. They took my order anyway and rang me up me when the system came back on, which then immediately crashed when I tried to pay with my card. So they gave it to me for free. Free chance-of-diarrhea is still chance-of-diarrhea, but whatever. I didnt have anything else planned for today.

I had high hopes for this place. Thought it might be like Krystals down south. Cute place. BUT EVERYTHING WE ATE MADE ME SICK. MY FRIEND AND DAUGHTER ALSO. We tried it 3 times, different items, sick everytime. Even when we just had french fries. No wonder they have no business. Boatd of health needs to inspect this place.

I was so hungry man and when there and spend almost 7 dollars expecting a yum meal but no all I got was this horrible taste of chicken rings fried in dirty oil even my fry taste like it what a nasty taste on my mouth any one can get sick from the stomach change the damn dirty oil hellooooo!!! I brought someone to experience "Belly Bombers" for his first time, ever, and the people there were very helpful in their suggestions. (Plus, the bathrooms were very clean! We were on our way back from Wash DC and were excited to see this place and have a nice restroom after having experienced the opposite.)

Man, what do they do with the burgers at White Castle to make them so delicious? No wonder the fist ever burger chain is still going strong. The staff here was efficient and very friendly. Overall this was an excellent experience. (I just wish I had a White Castle near where I live....)

Sometimes you just have to have some sliders! They cooked them to my request (no onions, extra pickle and ketchup ) and they were delicious. Still packaged in those great little white boxes that keep them hot and moist. Not a fine culinary experience, but, a classic none the less.

Waited longer than usual with 3-4 customers in line. This order consisted of 6 cheeseburgers & a medium order of onion chips. Both were hot & delicious but I noticed a higher volume of catsup than normally goes on which I didnt care for. I still enjoy my "craving for SLIDERS!"

Waited 10min for servis. Order was wrong and waited longer. Ovious un caring employese, coloured folk food tasted acidic and threw it out and its been a day later and my stomach hurts so much, all they did to forgive the wait was give us a huge sprite. Disappointed terribly.

This particular White Castle appears to display the worst stereotypes of bad fast food restaurants. The drink area had spilled soda and water every where. Unclean floors and dining area and long waits for questionable food. Get your crap together White Castle Phillpsburg!

Absolutely the worst White Castle Ive ever been to. Waited 6 minutes at drive thru order area and no one ever came on to take my order. Drove up to window and it took another 20 minutes to get my food. The car behind me left. Dont go here unless you have time to waste.
