This Chick-fil-A is great. Ive never had a problem with this Chick-fil-A what so ever they attend to you very well they dont complain about sauces they dont complain about anything they really try to get you what you need because of customer service is top-notch. Ive been to other Chick-fil-As especially the one in King of Prussia off of 202 where if you ask for something its an attitude Ive actually spoken with owner about this nothing has improved one lady in particular who was so nice at the King of Prussia Chick-fil-A off of 202 - that lady still there( shes very very very very very rude and I stopped going there a long time ago). So refreshing to be at this one and just see that people really love to do what they do and love their job and that makes me happy for them. However what I will say is Ive noticed that a lot of the Chick-fil-As lately have not been making their chicken as fried or as crispy as usual I dont know if this is a new thing but it needs to stop.

The employees were great, the downside is their play area. Typically, I go to the one in voorhees so I was expecting something more toddler friendly. Boy was I wrong. My poor kid couldnt climb up the stairs. Luckily there was a little boy who helped her up. Unfortunately it was like his mother knew what was about to come and they bailed, within two minutes the play area was packed with obnoxious children. They were running up the slide, screaming at the top of their lungs...while theyre parents sat eating chicken and gossiping. Wont be back here, Ill still to my local chick FIL a

I frequent this place a little too often, but it is definitely one of the better fast food places out there. This location is always nice and clean, they take care of their restaurant. The staff is always very friendly and are happy to help you order or get a refill or anything. After visiting this location very often since they opened probably about 10 years ago, I can easily say that this is my favorite fast food restaurant, for the food and for the very friendly staff that work here. This Chick-fil-A is amazing!

Ever since this place was in the mall it has been staffed buy unprofessional thug like individuals. I gave the new one a try to see if anything changed. Dont know if the ownership is the same but my guess is that it is. Chick Filet Food is the same everywhere, go to one where the owner hires a decent, professional, courteous staff. Do yourself a favor and drive past this one.

Was interrupted while I was eating by the most polite girl who was in the middle of sweeping the floor. She apologized for interrupting, offered to refill my drink, and invited me to ask if I needed anything. If you put a lot of stock in going the extra mile for the customer, this place is for you. Just try not to abuse their kindness. (Food was good too)

They didnt take my phone scan and credit my account even though they claimed they did. After my $18 purchase and their "scan" my account still registers $0.00. This visit the chicken had much more salt than usual. I eat here regularly and usually love Chick-fil-a, but todays experience wasnt too great. Try the store on Route 70, its much better!

They have a new manager and she is always very hateful and boring face. I was left waiting 15 minute more all tidied and gave his order less to my and then I told him what happened to an employee and also gave me my order and she never say sorry..Saturday at 3:15 pm 4/16/16

While the sandwich was good. I received the wrong sandwich twice. I eventually just ate what I was given as I did like it ,it was not what I ordered then had corrected or so I thought two times. Please work on your quality control.

None of the chicken served here is fresh; it is reheated after being frozen, which destroys the flavor. Certain other chains use actual fresh chicken. Chick-fil-As fries and other sides taste like cardboard with salt.
