Living in South Jersey I dont know of any Dairy Queens close to home but since I had to make a trip for business reasons to the area and was on my way home and had received a text from work, I needed a place to pull over and check and answer it plus I wanted something small to hold me over till I could get home and make dinner so I figured why not check out Dairy Queen and hope they are better than your typical fast food joint. Because I was driving a larger vehicle I parked way over on the northeastern side of the building but upon attempting to enter the building saw that the entrance was almost way over on the other side, not a big deal but it might have been nice to know that ahead of time which is why I am telling others now in case there is a need to be closer. As said before in other reviews I am not a big fan of fast food so when I saw the menu I realized that theirs was not much different than those of the afore mentioned with the exception of the prices being higher. I did however see a chicken snack melt that looked good so I got a couple of the barbeque ones and they were pretty good and held me just fine for the 4 1/2 hour drive home. If in the area again and needing a snack I would at least consider stopping again although I might like to try out another place possibly one where I can sit and eat a regular meal that will keep me from having to go home and cook a meal unless my kids need me to do so but who knows as I dont know when I will be back again.

I always enjoy my DQ experience however recently I went and was quite put off by one of the employees. First off, he didnt flip my blizzard (which doesnt bother me) but when I brought it up jokingly, (because technically it should be free) he told me to shut up because apparently he had done it earlier that day and had some words with the employee. Then while my friend and I were sitting and eating, he came over and kept interrupting our conversation multiple times and at a couple points would sneak up behind my friend and poke him with the broom he was using to sweep (again while we were eating). Another employee came talked to him firmly and tried to take him away but he would just come back. All his stories just seemed to all be about his bad attitude and full of vulgar language. He had to have use the F word at least 10 time throughout my visit. he did not seem to care about his job or co-workers at all. All in all, the food was great as usual and id still recommend eating there but perhaps just use the drive thru instead. I will still crave blizzards and onion rings but that employee, I can do without. His name might have been Steve? (Dont fire Steve if its not Steve. Only if it is Steve.) Im sorry I only put one star. I know it affects your rating but its the only way I know how to get the attention of management. PS. All the other employees are awesome and charming and always make me feel welcome. So good job on that! =D

The line was out he door and was very slow! Make re to order he $5 meal instead of the over priced kids meals. The $5 meal gets you 3 chicken fingers, fies a drink and ice cream with toppings. The kids meal is $5.98 and you get 2 chicken fingers, fries a small rink d small cone with no toppings. I total rip off for a kids meal. The manager Josette was incredibly rude and wouldnt tell me her name when I asked her. I waited in line with my sons for over 10 minutes to get heir free cones which at every other location toppings are included so I didnt bring my wallet. They told me I had to pay $.30 for a topping but toppings were included with the cheaper meal. My sons were very upset and I had no money on me so they were pretty frustrated and the manger did nothing to help but walk away. I would recommend anywhere else but is place. They charge more for the kids meal than anywhere else and dont have any concern for their customers.

This is now the 3rd time I have visited this DQ and have been disappointed all three times. Each time my husband and I get a blizzard because thats our favorite (different flavors each time). The first time there was only ingredients on the top half. We figured it was just a new employee learning and we went oun our way. The second time they were packed so we took our blizzard and drive off finding ingredients only in the top half again but as we were already on route 80 there was nothing we could do. This last time we mentioned it to the person at the counter, who walked to the back when we finished our transaction and I assumed she told the staff. So again, we took our blizzards and drove to our destination only to find the ingredients again on the top half only! Terrible that full price is paid and you dont get what you pay for.

First Id like by saying. That this was by far the worst food I ever had from DQ. The hubby, baby and I stopped in for some food. I got the crispy chicken sandwich meal. MY sandwich was awful. Literally thought i was going to choke bc the chicken and bread were so dry. I took two bites and threw it away. The roll was just falling apart Into prices. MY hubby got the Swiss and mushroom burger he opened it up and I gagged. Looked like Someone took a hand full of direa and threw it on his burger and than just punched his burger. Im not all about complaining and writing bad reviews but it was seriously that bad. I paid 27 dollars on a bunch of nasty food.

Went there tonight with my fiance to grab a couple quick smoothies. We pulled up to the drive-through to order at 8:55. I knew they were closing soon so I didnt want to order food but I would have liked a drink. However, no employee was attending the drive-through. I then pulled up to the window where the employees were gathered. They clearly saw me but refused to make eye contact. After a few moments of trying to gain their attention, I drove off. This is extremely poor customer service. Without exceptional service, any food and beverage establishment will ultimately fail. I certainly hope this problem is fixed soon.

Totally disgusted. My first time at a DQ and had gone through the drive threw. When I got to the window to pay and get my food the girl Ashley Z was wearing the gloves and rubbing her face, her mouth and the back of her leg with the gloves that she served our food with and handled the cash with. She was also constantly touching her headpiece with the gloves on. I was so disgusted I took the food and left this was my first experience with a DQ and is probably the last. I would not recommend this location, it is unsanitary.

Edited: after tonights service, I wish I could give this place negative stars. 20 minutes in the Drive-thru only to get half of the order wrong. No apologies from the staff for the wait, no thanks yous, nothing. TERRIBLE SERVICE Half the time they are out of basic things like a certain flavor of ice cream. Their service is hit or miss, sometimes you get a great server and other times you get someone who acts like theyre doing you a favor and are not polite. Drive-thru lines are impossible at times.
