I love popeyes with a burning passion and have been tolerating the poor service at this location just for the sake of the chicken. This last trip will be the end of me going to this popeyes. First off, im not the type to complain and this is the first review I have EVER written. But thought i needed to say something about this place. The workers, and i mean literally all the workers that i saw through the window, didnt wear gloves. None of then had gloves on. i was watching them scratch their arms, rub their noses, etc. and then go and pick chicken. The workers in general are rude and seem like they hate their jobs (which they probably do). The cashier charged me wrong by over $4 and when i asked about it, she said it was "tax" when the chicken i got was $5.... I tried to get a cup of water, but they charge for that too according to the cashier. After i waited for 15 minutes for 3 pc chicken, I wanted to sit down and eat, but ALL the tables were dirty and trashed. How hard is it to wipe down the tables with a rag. Funny thing is that a worker was on break eating at a dirty table but did not seem to give a single care.

I arrived at 8pm and the store was not busy, there were plenty of workers, however I waited 17 mins for an 8 peice meal. I received 6 pieces of chicken instead of the 8 I ordered and they forgot my fries. I checked most of my order before leaving and was given the missing fries with an apology. My frustration lays with shorting me 2 pieces of chicken and waiting 17 minutes for an order that takes 3 minutes to put together, considering all the food I ordered was cooked already.

The chicken is always hot and fresh. The eat un area is genrally clean and always full of people enjoying food. This is a rewiew of the service.... The arab woman who runs this place is nasty and a penny pincher. She is rude to her employees and treats customers like trash. I come here often for my mother, and the woman is just plain horrible to be working in the store. Thet cant seem to keep steadt employees becuase of how badly she treats people. Be aware!

Had A Pretty Good Experience here. The service was quick, patient, and polite. They almost snubbed me on the buffalo sauce I paid for, so the Cashier who took my order ran out the restaurant to give me my sauce even though I was well outside of the store. Ive been to my fair share of fast food restaurants, and its a rarity I receive good service like this from a cashier. I will definitely be coming back here when Im in the mood for some fast food.

Dont go here. After I placed my order, the cashier charged me for what she wanted n not what i ordered. Then the very unprofessional manager did some nonsense with my debit card. I wasted time in the drive thru and ended up getting frustrated then driving off empty handed.

The cashier was not pleasant. They Messed up my order. I had to call the store 5 times for someone to answer the phone and when they did(answer the phone) the manager himself was rude. I didnt get the food they owed me because I afraid they would have done something to it.

Rude barely speaking English mgrs. higher than normal prices...customer do double take over prices....They will give you a combo unless say otherwise. one chicken breast $3.50 !!! high employee turnover. Did I mention overpriced!

Chicken strips had a syrupy taste that was out of this world. Little pricy for chicken. I got med soda, fries n 3 chicken strips and it cost around $8.00. Id recommend it to a friend.
