This is THE college bar at Rutgers. It gets super crowded during the busy nights, and there are lines so you want to get there early, but it is worth it if you want to be in the "scene". Happy hours and off nights are fun and a lot more relaxed atmosphere. We go there to watch all of the Rutgers and NFL games. The music is by far the best out of all of the Easton Ave bars. Drink specials are cheap, and compared to the Jersey Shore or NYC, even the regular prices are a bargain. They have a kitchen that specializes in grilled cheese, which I thought was pretty original.

The owner is a very nice guy,by the name of Frank(hes a stocky red headed fellow), hes not concerned if you are a college student or a local like myself,the only concern he raises is that you are 21 or over,and that you respect his establishment

In my opinion, as a Rutgers student for four years, this place is always crowded and is usually never worth the wait to get in. If theres a wait, I say skip it and go somewhere else.

Lots of energy on Friday and Saturday. Its a small place. In a good way. If you dont like people touching you as they walk by do go. Good crowd and the drinks are reasonable.
