Ummmm so it wasnt even busy but my food came out totally unprepared the sauces werent there and she forgot about (and pretty slow even when she said like 3 times itll be out) it until we reminded her then my sides was given to the person I was with instead of me and their sides werent even on my plate and our food was not even hot it was room temperature if that even the sides. Not a fan of cold food whatsoever especially for the price you pay but I had to force it down considering it would probably take another 30mins and I cant trust sending food back for another plate. There was what looked like a white dog hair (hopefully just that) in my food. To end the night I got extremely sick like Ive never been before which was awful. I think someone needs to also have a talk with the employees theres about 15 kids standing around doing nothing visibly in front when the place is dead our food likely wouldve came out prepared and not cold if they werent busy talking not to mention we wouldve been able to say much sooner that our food was cold if we werent ignored. If the place isnt busy there should be outstanding customer service. Especially when were paying almost 100$. Work is work not time to hangout. Im extremely disappointed and its sad to see that almost a bunch of people said the same thing. So hopefully the manager sees this and maybe puts an end to whatever circus is going on there. And maybe check the freshness of the food or any cross contaminations also make sure outfits are clean dog hair isnt that bad but still gross. Hate to do this since T.G.I. Fridays is one of my favorite places but this one was a Nono and I hope nobody has the same experience as me. Literally.

When we arrived at restaurant it was slow. Seated quickly and order taken. Waited over 20 minutes for food to arrive. Waiter stopped by and said food would be out in a couple of minutes....well it was over 10 minutes and delivered by another server. My burger and fries were room temperature. I ordered the Jack Daniels burger, it was a plain burger with cheese. My husbands French onion soup was also room temperature. Host walked by and asked if all was OK. We told him and he took food to be reheated. Shortly thereafter a manager came out. She apologized and gave us a coupon for a free dessert or appetizer and discounted the bill 20%. This was nice but too little too late. One server (table behind us) stood there and was having a convo with some guests that lasted 12 minutes. Management staff.....suggestion, walk the floor and see what your servers are doing. Our food got cold because our server disappeared somewhere and finally someone else delivered it. Not saying servers shouldnt converse with patrons but they have to remember they need to fulfill their other duties such as delivering food to the tables promptly. Wont be back here again, cant imagine what would happen if they were busy.

From start to finish, I was very disappointed in the food. I ordered a cup of French onion soup and what I was served was a cup of broth with a piece of bread floating in it and a sprinkle of cheese that was barely enough to speak of. Then, my drink.... they were out of the mix for a frozen blue Hawaiian, so I ordered a paradise punch. It was basically a glass of pineapple juice with ice. No garnish. I asked if I could have the pineapple and was told that they were also out of that. Now for the main course, I ordered the chicken and shrimp pasta. When it finally came out, it was cold and looked like it was sitting for a while. After notifying my waitress, the manager came back with the entrée and stated that she personally threw some more sauce on it and heated it up for me. I cannot describe how disgusted I am. I would never suggest anyone come to this restaurant and I would rather eat from a gas station than step foot in this establishment again

Plenty of empty tables but it still took a long time before our waiter came to the table. Then more than 30 minutes before the food came. And the the waiter had the nerve to say "Wow! That was fast." I was never offered a refill on my soda even though the glass was empty long before my food arrived.. Almost had to do cartwheels to get the waiters attention for the check. I wasnt offered a box but I wouldnt have taken it anyway as I did not have another hour to wait for it. But my wait still wasnt over because he dissappeared again after leaving the check. It seems there were more interesting conversations going on in the bar area so he couldnt be bothered by checking on his tables. But the food wasnt bad. It was what you would expect from Fridays.

This restaurant has really gone down hill, unfortunately. Chains like this are usually reliable places to get a quick and decent meal for a reasonable price. This most recent visit included burger buns that could be knocked against the table without breaking, chicken breast that was completely rubbery, a high chair that was so dirty the strap stuck to my hand, and a waitress so unenthusiastic and apathetic that she didnt bother to inform a manager about the issues with the food. Weve always enjoyed Fridays in the places weve lived and frequented; this one just simply does not measure up. As a side note, the walls, menus, and ketchup bottles are literally filthy.

Saturday night ok 15 minute wait. seated. waitress brings us the menus. 30 minutes had to look for the waitress. takes our orders. 30 minutes brings my bowl of soup. question wheres our meal. answer theyre backed up in the kitchen. just be truthful. say youre short of help.. 2 hours later paid bill and left never to return..

My wife and I always came to Fridays, but over the years this place has went downhill. One time I had a piece of hair wrapped around fried chicken, sent it back and they brought a new one out, not a sorry or anything, most restaurants would have apologized and said your meal is on us, sorry for the incident, not this place.

The place needs a complete overhaul including the staff. Waiting 30 minutes for our food and no offers for any refills. The place has a nasty smell to it. You better off going to Element across the street and waiting for the 10 to 15 minutes. You always learn the hard way. The food and staff deserves 5 stars.

I adore the waitress "Aja" however the food has gone downhill. It will be a long time before my family returns. Look under your plate. If its caked with different foods that no one in your party ordered you can pretty much guess how they cared for your meal. Yuck!!!

Extremely slow service and then brought all the meals out to the table separately and to add on top of it the Sizzling Chicken and Cheese was all burnt to a crisp making the whole meal taste burnt. Called for a Manager just to wait longer.

Went with two picky granddaughters. Through all their changes and modifications our server Asia had the most sincere serene smile on her face . I appreciate how professional she was. Thank you
