Our family came here last Sunday and while we were seated fast, saw our server quickly, and was able to place an order fast for our little one thats about all I can say was good except for the food. Once the food which was pretty quick, we found we had no utensils. i had to get up and go ask for some. At no point in time during our meal did our server stop by to ask if we needed anything, like maybe steak sauce since we ordered steaks or even refills. When I caught her walking by I asked for to go containers and asked her to put in a to go order for a dessert. She comes back with the containers and the receipt. No book for the receipt, just a pen and a receipt. She never says, well you can pay through the table device or anything. So we are sitting waiting for the dessert and for her to take the card. She comes by and I hold up the card for her to take. I ask about the dessert, "oh you didnt get it? " "no I didnt" she looks at the other server who has just finished taking an order from his table and says he forgot. She comes back and returns the card, still no dessert. After waiting 20-25 minutes from the original order of the dessert i get up to go find a manager. He is posted up talking to our server, who disappears when she sees me. i ask him tot remove the cake because we have waited 20-25 minutes for a dessert which has ice cream which I am sure is melted. here comes my waitress asking whats wrong to the manager, he tells her nothing as he tells me no problem he can take it off. Fine way to manage. she is an employee and she did NOT do her job, explain what she did wrong, so that mistake is not made again. I told her I never got my cake and she says yes you did its on the table. If it was on the table I wouldnt be here getting it removed from my receipt. she immediately walks over somewhere and comes back with it. The manager was like oh you can have it and ill still remove it. I told him no thank you, Im sure the ice cream is melted. He says well they put it on the side. Um yeah but its still ice cream outside of a freezer, so you do realize it melts right? He offers a fresh on, but I still decline. He hands me back the new receipt from which the dessert was removed and says just sign this. I look and why is the receipt almost $8 more than the original one. I asked him about it and he looks and apologizes and corrects it. The service there is horrible and I will not ever go back and for maybe the second time ever in my life I left without leaving a tip. This service did not deserve one.

Let me start off by saying everything your about to read is the truth and not a script from a movie. Me and my fiance walked into this TGI Friday and had a seat in a booth by the bar. After literally 20 minutes of our waitress walking by our table without acknowledging us I ended up walking up to her and asking if we can have someone serve us. Thats when she responded rudely by saying "listen have a seat Im busy". It took me a few seconds to come to terms with her comment and a quick glance at my fiancé to confirm her response. I then asked for the manager (BOBBY -Picture Attached). Little did I know that he would end up shocking me to my core. After explaining to him the situation he literally laughed out loud and said "this world needs less of you Islamic people". At this point I was getting extremely upset so I ended up taking my phone out and started recording. Thats when 5 employees got together in a circle and started walking toward us and telling us to leave. I asked for our waitresses name and the manager and the other employees refused to give me her name. At one point they mentioned her name was Rebecca but based on the other co workers laughing reaction I can only assume that was a fake name (might be wrong though). I have escalated this situation to corporate to whom I hope will take swift action against these people. Im a middle eastern human being and Christian is my faith of practice. Either way religion should never matter in nay circumstance and for someone in a management position to say such a degrading and ugly comment is baffling to me. My fiancé started to cry when we got in the car because the entire situation was so powerful and upsetting to her. STAY AWAY FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!

I have been going to TJI Fridays for years. I have never had a negative experience at TJI Fridays and I absolutely love the restaurant. I usually go to the Wayne Location but since I live in the east hanover location, I went this location Saturday night. I really think this place needs to step up the service. Our waiter was a nice guy but to serve drinks without straws, and the food with out utensils is just ridiculous. I had to wait 5 minutes for our straws and then when the food came, I had to go find utensils on another table for my wife and I to use. I wasnt even upset about that. Things happen. What really made me upset to cause this negative review was the way our food was brought out. We both ordered jack daniels chicken and shrimp with a bowl of soup. The food was great. But they served the soup the same time they brought out our meals. A soup and dinner dish is about $30, which is not cheap. The manager should make sure the kitchen serves the soup first and then waits ten minutes before bringing out my main course meal. It is ridiculous that I have to eat my soup super fast just so I can eat my main course before it gets cold. That is unacceptable! The restaurant wasnt even busy so there really is not any excuse. If this restaurant wants to increase revenue by bringing in more money through alcoholic drinks, the best way to do it is bring the food out spaced out, this way I finish my drink and order another one. From rushing my food, my wife and I decided against another round of drinks because we were finished with the food and just extremely annoyed. With tip, the bill was $100. To spend $100 for two people and not be satisfied is just irritating.

Horrible service and management. We went on a Saturday at 3:00pm and the place was empty. So we were seated and waited 15 mins before having to walk to the hostest stand to ask for a waitress. We then waited another 10 mins before the waiter got to us. We ordered and got the unlimited apps. So they took really long to arrive and when they did the mozzarella sticks were empty with no cheese in them. We asked for a Manger and the rudest young lady came out. I guess the management also cooks because she came out in a chefs outfit. She was so rude and unprofessional. After dealing with Dayyana we will never be going to this establishment again. This location is where I met my wife so this place holds a special meaning to us. But not anymore. We will spend our money elsewhere. Never again.
