We went to alantic city for our Vacation and had the best time ever! It was our last night and went to the PALM for dinner,and I hope you read this reveiw before you go and not after like I did.We went in for the lobster dinner ,the four pounder to share or you can get an extra one lb for an fifteen dollars so we had a total of five lbs,what a joke the whole thing was.We went in and orderd the five lb lobster to share with to starters and two sides,the lobster came and the sever pulled it all apart for us,it was about four to five fork fulls each and the sides were so small,just a couple of bits I thought to myself is this a joke or did the waiter loose the food on the way to my table,and the best part of all they had the balls to bring us these hot towels in a litttle dish to wash are hands and face.This outing cost us $120.00 and had to find some were to eat after.Good thing we didn t go to the bar and orderd drinks while we waited like the person at the front desk suggested.I don t mind paying for good food and was very upset about this.I never write reveiws but I want to save someone from this a place ,it can ruin a great date or a another special time.I do not suggest this to any one.We went to Carmines and it was greattt!!!

We went for pre fix Thanksgiving dinner. We were seated at around 6 PM. Lobster bisque was pretty good, but it went downhill from there. The waiter took forever to take our order and then, it took almost an hour for turkey to arrive. He apologized and said there were problems in the kitchen, but never offered any comp or anything. When the food finally arrived, it was pretty bad. Turkey was dry and cold. Stuffing was tasteless and one thing that we ordered outside of pre fix, we never got. When we asked the waiter, he assured us that he would take it off the bill...really?...like that was even a question. For dessert, they ran out of choices outside of pumpkin pie. I dont like pumpkin and asked for something else. I was only offered gelato. They have tons of choices on regular menu, but refused to offer them. For gelato I asked for chocolate and pistachio. When he came back he only brought chocolate. It was awful all around. We would never go back. We paid 250 dollars for the worse thanksgiving meal ever.

An overall solid meal experience that was ruined by some of the worst service in restaurant history. Seriously, the behavior of the waiter would not fly at a local Dennys, let alone one of the prime spots in a hopping Atlantic City resort. Cocktails were great. Steak was great. Soup was terrible -- basically a few pieces of steak thrown into a can of Progresso vegetable. So, it should have been on its way to a 3.5 star review. But the service was atrocious. Virtually no attention from the waiter after ordering ("how is everything," "need anything," etc). Every round of drinks involved us having to flag down the waiter at least a second time, and even then, no drinks hit the table for at least 20-25 minutes. The manager had a lively personality and went around talking, but the waiter really had no business being at a restaurant that will be producing him that kind of tip.

The Palm should be quite ashamed of this location. I visit their DC location often, however this location is far from that type of experience. On the night which I attended, their food and service were both very dissapointing. Since then, I have reached out to the company with mediocre response. I expect a respectable company such as this to stand behind each of their location, however in this case they seemed to have failed.

They are very overpriced for average food. They hardly seasoned the meat, then cooked it wrong. I will say, the service was excellent. We had two servers, plus two managers checked our table to see why we were unhappy, then did their best to fix it.My advice - go to your favorite restaurant 3 times instead of dining at The Palm once, it will cost the same.

it was first time I go there, the interior and atomosphere of restaurant was great, and their appetizer, dessert were splendid, but their entry was honestly below my expectation. the spoon and wine glass was not fully cleaned so my gf was somewhat dissapointed with their hygiene control. Overall, it seems to have best value of lunch in manhattan for the price

We arrived for our company dinner and were placed (without prior arrangement) in a secluded room with an attendant. Our employees were thrilled that they could laugh and enjoy each others stories without being intrusive. We loved the food, the service and the atmosphere. Im thinking about booking there again this year!!

I went here for my birthday, and the dinner reservations were planned already, my girlfriend stated that the reviews were good. Nonetheless this is the worst place i have ever went to for steak and lobster, the food had no taste and it was cold. Would have been better off going to Outback.

Came here yestarday and had the worst steak ever. Looked and tasted like they cooked it on the Forman Grill. The vegetables were over cooked too. My husband was too much of a whim to complain but for what we paid it was very upsetting.

If you like first class service and dont shy away from premium prices, its probably the best steak restaurant in AC now that American Cut is gone (not that it needs comparison, the Palm can stand on its own merits)

Never a bad meal here... The Strip Steak for Two was one of the 5 best steaks I have ever had (including Sparks, Del Friscos, Mortons, etc.)
