Terrible experience. First, the guy behind the counter, Brian, looked high as ever, just starring into space. When I said the pen was dead to sign for my food, he just stared until his coworker raised his voice to get his attention. And then gave me a highlighter to sign with. When I got home and unpacked my food, I found my order wasnt even completed. I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich with added on american cheese and bacon... only to find that neither were on, plus a flabby single half a piece of lettuce that looked like it was starting to go bad. How hard is it to follow an order when it is clearly selected online, not to mention clearly printed on the ticket and receipt that was stapled to the bags. Terrible.

Smashburger is just awesome!!! I visit this place atleast once every week and I must say that I am never disappointed with the food and the service provided here.The quality is top class and they maintain it every time and in addition to that the staff is extremely courteous. My favorite is the spicy jalapeño baja grilled chicken along with the superb smash fries which have a garlic flavor. Try out this place and I am sure you will love it too.

The buffalo chicken burger was was tasty. However, meals were incredibly over priced, our service was friendly but below average. Large fries is just a small handful more than the regular. If Im paying an extra $3 on top of a $9 sandwich, Id expect a little more quantity. Its safe to say Ill not be making the trip to this smash burger in the near future.

The staff was very friendly, two places nice and Harry, also kinda loud. What annoyed me was there were no prices on the menu and when you did get to the register to order they couldnt tell me what the difference was in size between a large and a regular hamburger Im confused on a few other items. Really slowed ordering down.

Order a buffalo chicken sandwich without Bleu cheese . And of course it comes with it on it. All they did was scrap the Bleu cheese off and bought it back. There was still Bleu caked on bottom of the bun the chicken tasted like Bleu cheese just overall bad experience and I wont go back.

Really enjoy the smash fries. Good variety of burgers and chicken sandwiches if you are looking for something different. If you are really craving a burger though id still go to 5 guys across the street. Oh get a shake they are pretty good as well.

Best burgers around!! If ur not a big eater order the kids meal burger with any topping you want (comes w fires and drink) for $5!! Plus you can google smash burger coupon and get $2 off of $5 purchase. Its become an addiction! ENJOY!!

Burgers are good . But felt the price was too high for the quantity. And I am not comparing the prices with mcdk. in comparison, Bobbys burger palace is much better. Loved the fries and the truffle mushroom burger.
