I bought from these guys back in 2015 and wasnt to overwhelmed... the chicken fingers tasted microwaved and while my burger was ok the pretzel bun was tough ( which in time I learned I just dont care for pretzel rolls as they too bread). I really had a taste for a good fresh burger and read some of the latest reviews about cold late delivery so was very apprehensive. I gave in to hunger and was very pleased my double bacon w / onions mayo and ketchup w/ fries as well as a single w / fries arrived in twenty minutes even though the time was estimated to take an hour... tasted like a true charbroiled burgers and fries were banging... no pretzel bun... I hope this isnt a fluke as I will be back... Ill maybe even try the chicken fingers again and see they r better lol

Whats offered here is grilled burgers. Once ordered its made on the spot. It does take around 10-15 minutes to get an order out. This probably wont work with the typical New Yorker. We all want things done quickly and never really take the time to appreciate the work that has been done. The establishment at first has looked a bit dark, wear house looking. Id assume a work in progress. The prices are not very appealing either.

Not first time ordering from there. Just ordered food an hour ago. Nothing delivered. Called..guy said delivery guy is not picking up. They havent made my food yet..tried canceling my order which I already paid for online..he tells me he need to call his boss..he calls again saying boss is not answering so now I have to go get my food...food quality is good but this is a terrible experience.

Very good burgers in a 5 Guys style setup. Took a bit long to make, but worth the wait. Staff was fine also.
