On 8/10/17 night shift manager at route 37 West Burger King made us wait in the drive-through window for almost 10 minutes. when we finally pulled around she told us she acknowledged us which lied. she never said hold on wait anything. when I told her how long we were waiting she basically called us a liar and very nasty And rude. she is a very awful manager. when I asked what number Burger King that store was she didnt want to tell us and when I asked for the manager she said she was the manager. she is horrible person obviously nasty too because she wouldnt even talk when we kept speaking into the drive-through window while we were waiting. district manager seriously needs to addressed the situation. she is a terrible manager. offered no assistance to help us abd neither would she apologize for her wrong-doing. This last time I am eating at burger king.

We wanted a quick dinner tonight as our Mondays are so crazy But tonight there were so many orders messed up! I didnt mind that I had to return to get the rest of my order. But once I got home realized that over half of my order was still wrong. Also when I went back I to the store there were several unsatisfied customers. The line cook or young man at the grill then proceeded to argue and cause a seen with his shift supervisor. You may think to yourself its just a burger joint that people just go to last resort but I can tell you customer service! Manners! And still maintaining a professional work environment means a lot! I have never had such a horrible service experience. I will probably never return to this location and would advise any friends to stay away.

I always drive thru here, almost always at breakfast!! The mini breakfast burritos are the best breakfast deal in town!!! They are a small burrito with fresh eggs, cheese and your choice of sausage (which is very flavorful), bacon (which is dry and not too great) or ham (which is delicious, juicy and a very ample portion!!!) The bonus on these little burritos is that they have 2 crunchy, yummy hash browns and a tasty spicy (but not hot) sauce!! AND they are only a dollar each!!!! My son and I get 2 each and are full till 1 or 2 pm!! The spicy fish sandwich is good too.

This place is a joke. I went inside to a empty store and still waited forever. I got completely ignored. Not one worker even made eye contact or acknowledged i was there. Stood at the register completely invisable. Finally i just left. A couple of other times i went through the drive thru and the wait is horrendous even if im the only customer, but that last experience made me not ever want to go back. Ill just drive to the BK on the other side of 37 from now on. Not worth the headache

I enjoyed the food and the atmosphere was a little ancient, however the service was very pleasing. That Brandon fellow was very courteous to all of the customers he serviced, very fast and amazingly efficient. Kelly is a very kind manager as well as an efficient one. The tables and chairs however really need upgrades they have to be one of the most uncomfortable pieces of furniture I have ever placed my bottom on, I normally eat in my truck due to this fact.

Horrible. No one is friendly AT ALL. The staff takes after management. Management acts like they are annoyed to be there, like they hate their job... How can you expect employees to act? There are multiple options rt there and there is just no need to waste your time going someplace where your presence seems to bother the people that work there. One star cause I have to give one to post review.

I had several times messed up my orders l didnt ask for got home already opened milks for my little toddlers and affraid give them a drink l went to new store for drinks they could not give me my monies the opened milk given me l forgot my reciept called supervisor said l could got my monies her the guy said no to me l will go further thirsty toldlers crying for a drink please help me .

First off the woman at the counter would not stop talking personally to a customer even with me and another person waiting after him. I was on my break and had a time limit. Then I ordered the Bacon king with extra pickles and got no pickles and 2 very small and very hard strips of bacon. Wish they made the sandwiches the way their pictures show what they should look like. Bacon king my ass

Typical BK. Drive thru wait times are hit or miss, depending on the time of day. Even with a wait, the food is always hot. Crew members I have encountered in the drive thru have always been cheerful and polite. Using the BK app offers great coupons / deals. Free sandwich offer for answering survey on receipt.

Went to this BK twice this week and both times my order was wrong, how hard is it to understand that med and large fries are different sizes..... and how hard is it to count 3 cheese burgers...NOT 2....youre better off going down the road to McDonalds.
