Well we were seated at a timely matter . Got our drinks ..the waitress with purple hair literally walk away never came got our order after 20minutes finally we placed our order after waitress getting distracted from her other tables ..she even skipped up twice ..so the others got there before us I order a chili my wife order a salad .. She brought our app to table BT before I can say can I get a napkin she rushed off I had to ask a manager to get me napkins .. Then after a good half hour she walked completely didnt ask if we wanted drink refills or anything tooken away .. Im still here ..I love there burgers BT its like the GM is a puttz doesnt know who is hiring .exactly why they only have 7 tables seated since grand opening ..

Well the food here is awesome and thats the only reason I keep coming back. I used to go to the one in South Plainfield where I never had any major issue and was SO Excited when the Brick location opened. But every time I go in either the food takes close to an hour, we arent greeted for a long time or the server totally forgets something. There is always an issue. As long as nothing really bad happens, like never getting our food, were actually pleased lol. We always keep out expectations low but food is always good, as long as you get it.

It was horrible! NOT GOURMET BURGERS! I had the Chophouse burger had about 2 mushrooms on it. My husband had the red robin burger which is susposed to explode when you bite into it... The egg yolk was already broken and his bun was drenched making it hard to eat. The endless fries.. They start you with 7 of them. Which means that you have to flag down your server! The service took FOREVER. She asked if I wanted a second glass of wine. When I replied no. She didnt even take my empty! We wont be

The food was good but had terrible service. I waited 30 minutes and didnt even get greeted by my server. Finally had to flag a random waitress down who said she didnt know that she had our table and would be right with us. Finally she came and took our drink and food order. We got the food but no drinks! I was more then halfway through my meal before she even came close to our table to ask where our drinks were. Maybe just got a bad server but will not be coming back here anytime soon.

Only been there once and Im not planning on going again. I ordered some sort of burger here (cant remember which one) and the moment I bit into it I can tell that they over-cooked it. I thought that maybe my meal was bad and they must have just messed up but all the other people I went with said their food was quite horrible. We all ended up leaving and going to a different restuarnt close by. And trust me, I dont leave resturaunts often.

Fathers Day: crowded as expected... however my wife and 3 adult kids were seated within 15 minutes.... our menu selections were awesome, we each fully enjoyed our meals and the service was fine.... not excellent but definitely not anything to really complain about... were all humans, no robots yet. Red Robin is definitely better than Smashburger. Will be returning soon.

Ive been goin there since opening... Not only do they screw up on my take out orders almost every time there food is now starting to go downhill...there servers are terrible too!! After I finish up my rewards there Im done they will never see me again!! Although I must say there managers are very good but anything else forget it!

Food is consistent and environment is very much a chain but fun and lively. Was not impressed with the cleanliness of this spot on my last visit. Had missed a few spots on tables and floors between customers. We stopped in for an early dinner so it was before it got busy so no real excuse for not cleaning.

What do you need to know? Its Red Robin. The food is really salty and pretty greasy. The staff here is really friendly, though, and if you like Red Robin, this is a pretty good place to get it. I do like the fact that theyve tried to give choices to people looking for something a little healthier.

As a vegetarian its nice they have two burger patty choices. The boca burger is good. Much better than the grocery store version. I appreciate that they offer both a vegan boca and a classic veggie patty. Choice of toppings is impressive. Food always comes out hot and fresh. Staff is excellent.

Burgers are amazing! Wedgie bun, great concept. Best onion rings Ive had and the signature blend seasoning...yeah that amplifies everything to a new plus level. Kelly was fantastic, great in sales, service, and attention to the customer. The 21 club..new found happy place

My family and i had a great time at this restaurant . Not only was the food very good, but so was the service. Our waitress (i believe his name was Bryan) was very polite and nice to be around. Overall it was a great experience and i would be happy to come back.

Just had a amazing Black Angus Burger. Cooked perfectly and tasted Great. Austin the bartender was very helpful and attentive. I will definitely come back for this meal and service. And they have Laganitas IPA on tap love that beer......

Nice people working here but very slow service. Kitchen needs to step it up. Management needs to organize things better. Our server, who wasnt even our server but jumped in since the other one was too slow, was great.

You have a choice of fries, salad or Cole slaw. Best ever on choices. Cannot even read the whole menu. It is so big. They have a lot of choices besides burgers. So you really have to try it at least once. Yippee

Im not a fan of the burgers here which is the whole point of red Robin apparently. Something about the food just seems very inorganic. The place next door is better if you dont mind the more casual atmosphere.

Food is very good. A little pricey and seating is close but the staff is great. My drink came out wrong and it was fixed immediately with no fuss. Good food and a great staff beats the other smaller problems

27 dollars for two burgers and ice tea. The burger was not that great. Lots of other options. I felt that with tip paying over 30 dollars for two burgers was crazy. I never heard of such a thing.

Always great burgers - love the bottomless steak fries. Had bacon cheese burger & my boyfriend had the bonzai burger with sweet potato fries. Our server Juan was friendly and attentive.

I had to wait an hour for my food that I didnt even get! we got our drinks and waited 20 minutes for napkins! it was ridiculous. I most likely will never go back there again.
