Ive been trying to go here since it is convenient for a dinner when everyone is tired. Never again. This location is three for three with messing up orders. Want a chicken caesar salad? You wont get a salad with chicken or croutons. Didnt want an ingredient on a sandwich? Itll be there. Some of the employees are uber nice and seem like they care. Some of the employees could care less. Its just been completely frustrating to try to deal with this location. I used to live in Florham Park, and that location was just fine for a quick meal. I understand mistakes are made, but screwing up three meals out of three visits is just ridiculous.

Everytime I go to this Panera I have terrible service. Both times I ordered for myself and my coworkers and one thing is missing from the order everytime. I love Panera but this store has completely turned me off. Its relatively expensive for what you get so things missing from the order is completely unacceptable. This will definitely be my last time going there. Maybe instead of rapid pick up, take the extra minute to complete the order.

Eh... just Ok. Made the mistake of getting a soup on this cold winter day. Got a bowl of chicken soup to go and it was $5.15... for a bowl of soup. Total rip off. Went back to my office to eat it and the soup was 90% broth and had a few noodles mixed in and maybe two chunks of chicken... thats it! It was good... but I pretty much paid $5.00 for a cup of broth. Never again!

this location has got the worst employee ever, have order several times never got order correct, just had oatmeal with frozen strawberry and 3 pieces of pecan nuts, since when are you using frozen strawberry, wish they get there act together and give what people order, several people complain about incorrect order. I have always gotten fresh fruits with my oatmeal

Ordered a salad and it had a metal staple in it. I bit in to it. The salad tasted dirty counter. Why didnt I came back? Had other priorities as oppose to go back and complaint in person. The staff doesnt take their job seriously, a lot of horsing around. Lack of professionalism. I Will not going there again.

Good service and good food. My friend and I were there pretty early and there was no one there but service was a little slow which is why I only gave 4 stars. Otherwise the bread was fresh the tea was great and I had a very nice pleasant time there

Nice location. Right near to the Morristown rail station. Neat and clean indoor, good service. We took Frontage Chicken Panini sandwich and broccoli cheddar soup. Very good combo. Enjoyed it!
