As someone who works for Starbucks at another location, I feel I am able to say that this is a lackluster Starbucks. The customer service is pretty bad compared to the many Ive been to. My very simple drink order, which is always the same, is never executed properly at this location either. It makes me think that maybe these baristas havent been properly trained or evaluated on their work. Its unacceptable, in my opinion, for these workers not to be able to do this job. Ive done this job. I do this job every day. Its not rocket science. Just show some care! I wasnt going to write a review, but I have had multiple bad experiences here. These baristas need to wake up and do their job like the rest of us.

It is indeed a typical Starbucks, better than some, but once in awhile the barista hands me something disappointing, like today when Ill be remembering my burnt tongue for awhile. Is it really that hard to stop heating the milk after it hits 140, 150, or 160 degrees? Update: They seem to have updated their staff, and - quicker service with a perfect latte.
