Quite possibly the worst Panera Bread I have been to. waited more than 5 minutes at an empty register before anyone attended to me. From what I saw it was not the fault of the employee that was attending the register as she was also attending the kitchen area but the fault of management for not making sure every area of the store was properly covered. When I received my food I felt like it sounded like a cattle call. Just not a Panera that I would visit again.

Food is always nice and fresh. The atmosphere is typical of most Paneras and clean. No complaints about the service but recently they implemented ordering via tablets. Not a fan of this...dont we have people who need jobs? You can still order at the counter, which I do. I want that person to keep her job and not be replaced by a tablet.

Inconsistent. We buy a loaf of sourdough bread at this store every week. Every other week, the loaf is sliced so poorly that the bread is crushed and shredded, yet they make use pay for it without offer of a replacement. The employees should be trained to use the slicers properly so that we can expect consistently good product.

Generally the people at the counter are nice but employees packing stuff for delivery need to be more professional. They generally should know how to explain a large takeaway order and not giggle and smile and give half answers. Learn how to be nice and customer friendly

I come here with my two young kids for lunch. They love the Mac n cheese. I love their sandwiches. Very family friendly spot with very good healthy tasting food. Service is fast and friendly. Very clean facilities.

Provides a nice, relatively quiet atmosphere, perfect for a pleasant lunch or dinner. The food is excellent. I especially like the broccoli cheddar soup.
