The place is okay. Five years ago, the place was filled with nurses at two in the mornings, but now its filled with drunk people at that time. Ordering anything but breakfast food or soup is a not reccomended, those are the specialties. Try and sit where here arent any drunks, the waitresses will keep them away from you. Its a natural safe zone from the bars, even though its right off of the green, which is the center of all the bars in morristown. Feel free to customize your order, if youre a regular the staff will definitely hear you out if you ask for pancakes with steaksauce or something weird like that. I usually get a Neopolitan shake, which is kinda like a secret menu item. Only a few waitresses know about it, but its one of the things people ask foreven though its not on the menu. Good if you know what to order and how to ask for the good stuff, just dont show up drunk. That ticks off the staff and regulars.

I am greek and this diner is a poor example of a "greek american diner" No matter how I order my food, they never seem to get my order right. They dont seem to care to do the only job they have......make the food that I order. The father of the diner is cheap and the diner sign outside the restaurant has said "Mo____town Diner for 2 years. It is so easy to change the light bulbs to the sign but he insists that the "light guy" has stood him up and never calls back. I ask him everytime Im there ....so, when are you replacing the bulbs? He always blames it on the ONE person that works in the Morristown area to change light bulbs for signs for businesses ....give me a break....btw their eggs benedict are horrible

Possibly good for post-binge food to sop up the last alcoholic remnants of the night. Otherwise if you have a fresh palatte and are ready to taste I wouldnt recommend it. The eggs benedict were a buttery mess with sauce that hadnt set or potentially had sat too long. Our water glass initially had food on the bottom which is never what youd like in water, and after asking for a new glass found caked on lettuce near the brim. The waitress, and I apologize as reviews shouldnt be personal, had such a strong odor of sweat it was completely unappetizing.

Horrible service fight broke out next to us. People next to us were trying to start another fight. Cops needed to come back again. We were seated in a unclean table then we placed our order and our table was still unclean we received our food and still plates and food were still not cleaned. We demanded another table so we could eat our food. Took over an hour from sitting down to getting our food. AVOID THIS PLACE. The empanada place next door is better go figure

At first glance, this is just your typical diner, but the place is absolutely disgusting. Ive been living in Morristown for close to five years now and have given this diner chance after chance. The last two times I was there I found long black hairs in my food. Prior to that, I had multiple instances of curdled creamers, dirty glassware and silverware, and bad service. Never again...I think Id rather lick my kitchen floor before I ate food prepared in their kitchen.

My waitress here was the rudest person I have ever met in my life. After she was rude to me and I told her that I was offended by the way she was speaking to me, she said " I understand youve been drinking tonight but..." Drinks or no drinks this woman was extremely rude to me.. Embarrassment as an employee. A little ridiculous that theres a fountain in the diner. Disgusting, bad service, and horrible atmosphere. Why anyone would want to go here is beyond me.

I told the owner: that my glass was dirty, that I found hair in my food and the waitress SAID THAT SHE PICKED UP MY FOOD OFF THE FLOOR and that is why there was hair in it!!!!! Then I said I was going to call the board of health and he replied, "You are not allowed her ANYMORE!" This place is a disgrace and should never be in Morristown. What a shame because there is potential but not with the current owners demeanor. Shape up or ship out.

The food, i cannot deny, was great. The service however..... Gave me mixed emotions. The server was rushing us. Taking plates when we arent done. Constantly coming to the table to rush to clean up. It doesnt feel welcoming. They really need to work on that. Other than that it was a Good place. The older lady serving coffee is a breath of fresh air. Remind me of my grandma always making sure everyone is good.

This is great diner for the area, with very nice, long time owners who are local and sponsor local sports; they are rooted in the community. Food is always good: breakfast, lunch or dinner. Most of the staff has been there a long time; more proof of good ownership. Today was my first time back since the renovation was completed, and the food was still consistent with prior experiences.

This Diner was a pleasant surprise. The portions are large and the food tasted great. I had the french toast which was tasty and not at all soggy. My partners hash browns werent greasy and The presentations were very neat. The prices were very reasonable and the service was excellent. Francisco was the one who waited on us and he was very friendly.

Great drunk food. Servers are hit or miss. Gluten-free preparation always feels like a bit of a gamble. Omelettes and home fries are what youd expect from a diner. I dont entirely understand why they renovated the diner to look outdated. It would have been helpful if theyd added a few more restrooms in the process.

I mean, its a fine diner. Anyone who goes to a place like this and orders anything other than breakfast food is a little crazy if you ask me. Their breakfast food is always good, and everything else is normal for a diner.

Morristown Diner has the best waffles in town. Return again and again to enjoy the friendly staff and good food. The newly renovated diner is lovely and inviting. Enjoy the authentic Greek food and generous portions.

Worst service. Both managers wanted to fight customers both verbally and physically then the waitress spit in my coffee. Never eat here unless you walk in completely inebriated from the outside bar scene

Great variety and good food. I recommend this place if you need some food after partying around Morristown. It will almost always be open late.

Its your standard diner. The food is plentiful, inexpensive, and the staff is friendly. You probably know what to expect from this place.

Ordered an Italian sub a few months back. I am still angry over how little effort was put into this sandwich. I had to review this place.

A long time Morristown fixture. Recently renovated, this diner offers a quality and tasty diner fare. Clean, good service and good food.
