First of all we get there and they take down our name, say 10-15 minutes and 20 min later we go in to ask where we were in line and they said no one wrote your name down (or they wrote Mulan instead of Michelle that they were calling earlier). They apologized and put us next. The whole place is freezing cold btw. Then we get seated and the waitress comes by to drop off straws and tells us her name and walks away. No drink orders? Huh? Then we finally get drinks and 1 hot chocolate had a nice sized hair in it. We get it replaced and then finally get the food...another hair! Unreal! The manager told us they were taking the meal off and they "accidentally" gave us the wrong receipt with the meal still on it. So, double the wait, 2 hairs, and an ok meal later we finally finish breakfast. Unbelievable!

In the last few months I have been in this establishment twice. The first time with my daughter on a Sunday morning, after being seated we waited for over 10 minutes and had to complain to get service. The manager apologized, and things went smoothly from there. This morning after seeing their commercial for the country loaded potatos, I thought that I would try again. But the same story I was left waiting. This time I told the hostess that I guessed they didnt want or need my business, and left.

Arrived at 7:07 AM seated immediately..more employees than customers ( think there were 2 tables besides us) Waiting, waiting waiting.... still no server finally walked out..... we looked over at group of employees as we were leaving no one even looked, they had no clue we even left. Wont be trying a I Hop ANYWHERE for a while!

We were trying to cash out abd had to stand in line mixed with the people coming in and told the heavy set cashier that this was not a good thing making people wait both ways to be here, she was snotty and said its been like this for 15 years with one register and its not gonna change now! Last time we go this IHOP !!!!

I went to I-Hop in Middletown NY this evening with my Godchild and her service dog. We where refused service because of the service dog. We called the Police. The law was explained to the manager. We were not given an apology by I-Hop. We decided to spend our money some place else. Shame on I-Hop.

Service was good, but the food took too long to come out and yet it was cold. Sirloin tips were under cooked with a new bad sweet taste even after the second time being returned plus egg whites were watery. The chicken quesadilla was very greasy and cold.

Took 45 minutes to get a seat and then once we got this beat the waiter rushed us to place our order while we just sat down I would never come back here again service sucks and look at the food it took another 30 minutes

I love coming for breakfast even if the line is out the door. They are fast but no rushing. Food quality good and friendly staff. The manager know how manager the traffic. She is awesome. And its clean.

IHOP is OK. If you know it and know what to expect, you will have good dining experience here. The staff are nice, and when you have been here dozen times, you learn to appreciate it.

They often allow the food to sit before it arrives to the table. My pancakes were luke warm at best. I had to smear the butter on the pancake not happy.
