This is an excellent Ihop...WHEN THE OWNER IS THERE! Go on Saturday, its wonderful...during the week? NOT SO MUCH. So I sit down with my wife and some passive aggressive red head kept asking us if we were ready to order, mind you, the restaurant was almost empty. She asked me what I wanted at least 3 times within like 2 minutes. I wanted to get up and leave, but my wife insisted we eat there. This horrible human being disguised as a waitress was so fake and annoying. LET ME EAT IN PEACE. Then, my wife asks for the check and this American Feminist puts the check right in my face. I still dont know why I tipped this idiot. I am not responsible for your career choices, if you hate your life because you work for tips, here is a hint, DONT ANNOY THE PAYING CUSTOMER! Epic Fail! Dont go here unless the owner is there. This IHOP is a 10/10 as long as the owner is there and you dont get some of the old hag waitresses, including the fake red head and spanish girl who looks like an angry single mother. Choices people, CHOICES. P.S. The silverware was dirty. This is why America is going down the tubes, mediocre people feel entitled to other peoples money. For 46 dollars, I should of gone to the supermarket, and liquor store, bought a bottle of wine and roasted a chicken and small red potatoes and had a nice quiet, antisocial dinner with my lovely wife. These restaurants and their waitresses feel entitled to our hard earned money, next time, im eating at home, much more sanitary, healthy and CHEAPER!!!

Managers obviously cant control their servers mouths. One server, Fernando, kept passing by our table and saying "no es bella". Assuming he was talking about my friends, I called our server, Jorge, and told him to get his friend so I could confront him. Fernando did a bad job of defending himself because they were blatantly talking smack about my friends. Jorge made a weak apology. I dont know what disrespectful hole they pick their servers out of, but they have a lot of audacity to not only talk about customers in the dining area, but weakly deny it. I work in the food service industry, and Ive never seen waitstaff be so blatantly disrespectful like that before. Ill be taking my business elsewhere from now on. Drive the extra 10 minutes so your female friends dont get insults thrown at them in Spanish.

Our experience was terrible. One of the waiters, Fernando, repeatedly passed by our table throwing insults about our appearance in Spanish, clearly thinking that we would not understand what he was saying, but we did. We told our waiter, Jorge, about the situation since they seemed to be friends, and he brought the other server out to apologize to us, but Fernandos explanation and apology was obviously insincere, and as soon as he walked away he repeated the insult again. Our waiter dismissed the situation as a joke. No respect for the workplace or the customers. It was not taken care of. When dining at this IHOP, be aware that there are very immature, ignorant servers working there and a manager who overheard the situation and completely ignored it.

I no longer enjoy this ihop anymore because two waiters were extremely disrespectful. They had the audacity to be ignorant and talk negatively about me and my friends in Spanish, not knowing that we understood every word. Then when confronted, the servers, Jorge and Fernando, just laughed off the situation. They were immature, along with the manager, who witnessed it all and didnt care one bit. I refuse to have such shade and disrespect thrown at me when spending my money at a dining establishment and will be taking my business elsewhere.

3/22/2015 I had the worst experience tonight. A server by the name Eric was very vulgar, spoke explicitly about female body parts and talked about how disgusting his last customers were. The worst experience I have ever had in an IHOP. Luckily the Front Desk Manager Alexandria intervened and is currently addressing the issue. Eric should not be serving anyone or in any customer facing setting, he should be taking out the trash.

Only good thing about my visit here is that we were seated fast and the food was good, otherwise then that it was a horrible visit. I was sitting there for 20 minutes before anyone came over to take my order or start me off with a drink and being that my food and drink came out at the same time, that was the last I seen my waiter til it was time for my check

The food was ok but I dont appreciate that they are a chain restaurant and dont follow what other Ihop restaurants do. If you want to do what you want dont open chain... also, my aunts food had ingredients in it that she is allergic to and they charged her 1/2 price for the meal. Any decent place would have apologized and gave it to her for free.

This location is actually not too bad. The pancakes are always delicious. Every other food option that Ive ordered has been good. The only thing that they never seem to get right is the hash browns which are always hard and burnt. This location tends to have busy times specially early Sundays. The wait area is not very large.

My sister called to put in an order for me to pick up 3 pancakes. When we got there to pick them up they said they never received the order that my sister left. If you dont listen to what people are ordering on the phone, why have a system like that. Very disappointed with this place. They werent even busy. :(

The 1st time I went here and theres a hair on the sausage! I had ate almost everything else and then noticed the hair. I almost threw up my whole meal. Thats disgusting! I will never go here again and will be sure to tell all my family, friends, and customers to avoid this place. Nasty!!!!

IHOP has perfected the pancake. You always know you can get a great stack at an IHOP! Recently, they have really cornered the market on great breakfas, overall too! This location has amazing service, fast and professional, and the overall its a great place to stop in any time of the day!

I had to wait over 1 hour in order to just sit down. People who came in after me got their seats way before I did. The people working here told me that Im gonna be next and that it will only take one second. If youre trying to relax and get some food, this is not the right place to go.

I absolutely love this IHOP. It is actually one of the best Ive been to. The servers have always been kind on the few times I dined in, and the service is very quick. The only reason they are not getting 5 stars is because they do not offer whole wheat pancakes at that location.

The Food Here is Excellent! The prices are very reasonable. The Quality & Quantity of Food is Out of This World! I love coming here at least once or even twice A month while visiting New Jersey. IHOP all The Way For All You Breakfast Kind of People! Definitely A 2 Thumbs-up!

Sometimes I feel like I am in a different country when I visit this place. Lots of times I am the only white person in the joint. It is like little India meets little Guatemala meets (insert fictional foreign country where black people arent in poverty).
