I never like to run a write a review but I was beyond annoyed with this place. My boyfriend and I went in and ordered something that wasnt on the menu which I know they do that at Manhattan Bagel because I get it always near my job in Caldwell NJ. The lady had no problem collecting money when I had to repeat myself 5 times of just a simple sand which. We paid and sat down for a couple minutes until they brought us our food. WRONG ORDER like I already had a feeling. My boyfriend didnt mind it and just ate what they brought out. I was upset because they had the manger come out to tell us they dont or cant make that! WHICH WAS BOILED EGG SLICED ON TURKEY!!! lol OK YOU COULDNT JUST TELL US THAT SO WE PAID FOR SOMETHING ELSE! Absolute BULL. BE CLEAR ON WHAT YOU SAY BECAUSE THE CASHIER LOOKED AT ME LIKE I WAS SPEAKING BACKWARDS. I get it ,orders get messed up which is not what I was upset about. The fact that we paid for something we didnt order and they just left it at that. Great customer service

So Im standing on line waiting to place my order. Im watching the gentleman in front of me picking in his nose. Along comes in a Manhattan Bagel employee,they greet and he shakes his hand.. Now its my time to order and the employee who just came in to work,who just shook the guys hands trys to take my order with out washing his hands... IDC if ur using gloves,you need to wash ya hands esp if you just coming in to work...!!! Just Nasty!!!.. I wont be coming back!!!

I work nearby so go here everyday for my morning coffee. Staff is so friendly, place us always clean. Have only had 1 issue with the food. Staff resolved it quickly and they even threw in something extra for the "inconvenience ". They are really good!
