Terrible Easter meal :( I see this place always has a ton of cars on the weekends and so we thought that when our original pick for a restaurant had a building fire, we would try this one out, finally. Very disappointing to say the least. We asked to move our reservation to an hour later (from 6pm to 7pm) knowing the restaurant closes two hours later (9pm). Shouldnt be an issue but we were asked to please be on time so we can order before the kitchen closes. Odd to me, because if a restaurant is open until a certain time, generally they are serving food until that time. We got there a few minutes early to be safe. We were unaware of it being BYOB and luckily had a bottle of wine in the car, from earlier in the day. The waitress opened it and we ordered appys shortly after. While waiting for appys, my husband ran to a liquor store 3 mins down the road because there were 5 adults at the table. The waitress seemed anxious and timid and started talking to the hostess while my husband was gone. Thats when the hostess rudely came over and said, "Youre gonna have to put in your order if you want dinner. We held the kitchen open for you, when we moved the reservation to a later time and now youre waiting for another person? Wasnt he just here?" I replied, "Yes, hell be back momentarily. We didnt know the restaurant was BYOB. We can order without him though." She gave a half smile, as if dissatisfied that we didnt argue back. Once dinner was brought out, they began cleaning up the restaurant around us and some other tables that were still eating. It was loud and obnoxious and all table service was abandoned when the waitstaff began eating together, at the corner table, in the restaurant. I couldnt care less where anyone eats, but when I cant get the check for over 30 minutes...perhaps a break schedule should be worked out. Just a thought. Overall - mediocre restaurant, with a very limited selection of pre-frozen and over-salted/under seasoned food. The crusty hostess could also use a good manual on customer service...being rude, unapproachable and scrolling through your phone when someone approaches the hostess station (in your mid-50s) is extremely juvenile and its no wonder you are still a hostess, at your age. The waitstaff on the other hand, was super friendly and inviting and deserve a raise, after being pointed at and having orders barked at them, by their finger snapping (for emphasis on hurrying up) hostess. I literally mean she snapped her fingers at the waitstaff to hurry up, while they were eating, in front of everyone. We all found it very uncomfortable and only opted to skip coffee (which we NEVER do) because we couldnt stand to be there any longer. Dunkin Donuts afterward was quite pleasant! Edit: Forgot to mention that gratuity is included at 20%...which is no big deal, except that it was handwritten very small, in the lower right hand corner, of the check. If I hadnt done the math on the actual food, we would have left another 20% on top of our bill w/ gratuity.

Terrible. Restaurant was not crowded yet noisy party of 4 was seated practically on top of us. I was bumped into twice while they were being seated. Their perfume ruined my meal. My husband ordered a Scallop meal and could not eat them. They were like chewing on rubber bands. When we brought it to the attention of the waitress, she told us it was a common problem. Why would it still be on the menu if it was a "common problem". When she brought us the check she said she was able to get us something off the bill. The amount that was deducted...$ 3.00. yippee big deal. A whole $3.00 off a $50.00 bill and he couldnt enjoy his meal. Awful. No stars

Food was delicious but service not so much. It ruined everything. Even though restaurant was half empty we got the table right next to kitchen. It was noisy. Hostes / manager was giving us arrogant looks entire time. She didnt seem nice at all... And the last thing: tips! When you get your check take a moment and use your calculator. They include tips but not 15% they include 20%. So... You dont really have a choice to decide how much gratuity you want like leave... Very sad.... and Illegal! Seems like stuff has their own "business" going on their. Manager didnt look surprised at all.

I was amazed when I called Milano for dinner for my large party. We had a large party of 30 people, and we had to leave the previous restaurant we were eating at due to a power outage. I called Milano at the last minute and they were to accommodate our HUGE party in just 40 minutes! So impressed with the management of this restaurant. They service during the meal was okay and food was cooked well. However, I do have to say that everyone of the dishes was a bit too salty. It was a good experience, and I plan on returning when if I find myself in Hamburg.

We had our 44th anniversary dinner at Milanos. We brought our own wine and had a delicious dinner. Their service is outstanding and the food.......is incredible! I had the absolute best tuna steak dinner with a creamy garlic sauce that was out of this world....the best I have every had. When our Italian relatives visit, THIS is the Italian restaurant we take them to. It is THE BEST!

Food was great but service on the otherhand was the worst I have ever experienced or seen. I am a waitress at a restaurant and couldnt believe my experience tonight. Had to wait 20 minutes to be greeted, 30 minutes for the check, waitress came over once to take our order. I come here once a year and might have to reconsider coming here in the future.

We love milanos its our second home.the food is to die for.my favorite is the lobster raviolis I get it all the time.even if its not on the menu that day they will make it for me. An the salads are fresh. The deserts are sooooo delicious!!!!!! The staff is always pleasant.you will not be disappointed.great food

followed the reviews from google map during our vacation trip. Food is excellent. Even the small side dishes offer a surprising twist for your palate. Affordable prices and generous servings. Some of the dishes rely on the temperature to really tie in all of the ingredients used.

The good quality and portions are AWESOME! I usually stop at least one night while I stay at minerals. Only negative thing is the owners wife, the hostess. You sometimes have to wait for her, cause shes somewhere drinking with the customers. Otherwise a great place to eat.

Went there last June, service was a bit slow(especially since I had to leave quickly to deal with a family emergency). But the food and atmosphere was wonderful, Id suggest it for Valentines day.
