This Chipotle location can go from magnificent to atrocious in a heartbeat. It seems that the only thing that is standard here is the food, and the quality of that is an open guess when you arrive. There are times that the staff is wonderful, helpful, and the food is astounding. They are attentive, helpful and heap portions on your bowl/burrito And, there are times that the staff could care less (Engaging with their friends or texting and could care less about the customers), or they are snappy and rude when asked questions, or, they decide that they dont wish to make more food later and start skimping on the portions to save themselves the trouble later.) Before ordering, look and see what the others are saying and how they are acting, yu can tell if they are happy or not. If you are unsure, go elsewhere, you will appreciate it.

Came in at 7 at a not so busy hour looking for a quick meal. White rice wasnt ready or chicken. I would of have cared less if the cook didnt seem alright about it when food wasnt ready. I had to pay in advance for my bowl because it took that long. Cleanliness needs to be better and taken seriously at a restaurant. Trash was completely full and most of the tables werent clean. I have been to this chipotle several times and it has been a incurring issue. If Im expected to pay full price I expect it to have the basic functions of any restaurant. Workers hooked it up with more meat but doesnt change the fact I have to search for a clean table.

This was our first time at Chipotle. So naturally, we were curious and cautious, and started asking questions. The server pretty much answered all our questions. On top of that, the manager declared our lunch free since this was our first time. And if that wasnt enough, the food was delicious@ Well definitely be returning and refering a few family and friends!

Ive been going to many chipotle restaurants for many years and this is probably the WORST one I have ever been to. Very rude staff. All they do is stare impolitely and they are very stingy with their portions when they dont feel like making more food. Dining area is also not the cleanest and there are flies everywhere. Food is not well seasoned. Will not be returning

Worst damn Chipotle Ive ever been in. Its their lunch rush yet almost every employee is talking to some customer whos decided to inform them about some commercial he just auditioned for. Ive been trying to place my order for almost ten mins but every time one of them starts making my burrito they get side tracked talking to Superstar. I wont be coming back

This was the most perfect burrito Ive had in a very, very long time. Perfect tortilla wrapping technique, foil neatly removable, with excellent distribution of burrito ingredients. Ive eaten a lot of Chipotle. Never would I go out of my way to seek out one specifically, but for so memorable a food log, Id happily do it again.

Felt like I was at a bad McDonalds. Terrible attitude from the staff and zero customer service. One of the girls on staff told a customer while I was there that she wouldnt eat Chipotle food even though she gets a discount. Probably reason why stock price, culture, and company are declining.

Ive been to several chipotle locations and this is my favorite in Jersey. I came in during a crowd and it took less than 4 minutes to get my food despite them having to refill the steak bin. My burrito was filled to my expectations without any rips or tears. The bathroom was also spotless.

Went here at 5:45 pm on a Monday. They where put of white rice, gentlemen told me it would be 20 minutes before it would be ready. After reading some other reviews, it seems to be a common issue with this location.

Stop by around 5. Only were in the front of me, but it took a min before I got served. Food here taste differently than in any other chipotle s. Not enough seasonings in the food.
