Dont get me wrong; the food here is fantastic. that gets 5 stars. thats not why Im writing this review. In March, I made a fundraiser event scheduled with Deptford Chipotle for the first weekend in May. all was well. 2 weeks later they called and said that weekend didnt work (cinco de mayo weekend) so they asked if we could reschedule for June 7. I was flexible and said that was fine because it was still before the date of the Relay for Life we were fundraising for, which is on June 13. On Sunday, May 31 (one week prior) I called to confirm with the manager because I hadnt received event flyers from them. The manager CONFIRMED with me. I thought confirmed meant "confirmed", like any other person would. Today, 15 MINUTES prior to my fundraiser start, they called to tell me that they had erased our American Cancer Society event from their calendar tonight. I JUST confirmed last week with them and now we are "out of their system". I understand accidents happen, but when I called a week ago I was told it was good to go. All they said was "sorry, we can do June 28th for you though", which is later than the date of the actual Cancer Walk that the whole fundraiser was for! I wish that who I spoke to there was more accommodating to me, perhaps held the fundraiser at some point this WEEK, especially because it is for a great cause. "Sorry" doesnt fix it, and I ALREADY CHANGED THE EVENT DATE FOR YOU GUYS! I will not be using this Chipotle again for another fundraiser of any kind, even though they were great to us for last years fundraiser. Its completely ridiculous. The food is great, but please, get your business end of things together - what a waste of my time marketing for this fundraiser.

I work here. ( probably wont after this review) People, its $#@%ing Mexican food. We get some really awesome customers but some of you are such babies! If youre unhappy then go somewhere else! The customer isnt always right, were all human, deal with it. Your not privileged because you decided one night to get overpriced Mexican food. If you like chipotle, then get chipotle, if theres an issue then go somewhere else, everyone is so quick to attack the management on here when really 9/10 your problem is the fault of the area manager and the sadistic goons at corporate. At the end of the day just because the person behind the glass is serving you, theyre a person to. Everyone that works there hates it so have some respect.

Food tastes ok, but when the staff made my burrito, they apparently didnt drain anything they scooped, i.e. salsa, beans.... This led to an overly wet and dripping burrito that they did not roll properly. I picked it up and it was already sitting in a puddle of liquid. The burrito also fell apart after 1 bite. Very disappointed, I expected more from my visit. When did chipotle go downhill? Is been a while since my last visit, and now, Imnot rushing to get back here any time soon. Also, the floors and tables were in desperate need of cleaning, and it was not busy when I arrived. Young staff, would rather talk and flirt, then clean and care about customer experience. Where is the management?

I love chipotle. I hate THIS chipotle. They are the most disorganized chipotle I have ever visited. Always out of something. Usually ordering is a jumbled confusion and you have to repeat yourself three or four times as you get passed down the line. Employees are sometimes rude or just inattentive. Management is nonexistent or just very bad.

Not my favorite Chipotle, but its alright. I prefer going to either Cross Keys, or to Marlton location, as in general the store feels more open and easier to navigate. The staff in the other locations is also amazing, and give better portions than Deptford. Dont ask how many times Ive been to each and came to this very scientific conclusion.

Sorry Chipotle for all the bad reviews, but how do you run out of Rice during the diner rush? This was my second time going to a Chipotle restaurant at 5:45pm and was told it would be 25 minutes before they would have rice. This is a main ingredient in 90% of all their menu items. Poor planning on their part. Here I come Moes.

Always hassle to find seating to dine in the steak and barbacoa is either under cooked or over cooked also my burrito frequently rips and they have to re roll it if you have ever been to Chipotle its very embarrassing in front of 20 or 30 other people waiting because your burrito ripped

I love chipotle, this location is rather new and my experience here was great but however I rated 4 not 5 because I think they can work on more staffing. Had to wait a little longer for food. Only cashier and one person on line but other than that the food was very good.

Great mission style burritos for a great price. Be wary of heading here on a weekend night, as it will be absolutely packed with high-schoolers. Out of all the Chipotles Ive been to, this one is the most generous with their portions and makes it worth it every time.

A little crowded overall with not quite adequate seating space. Food is good but the facilities could use some attention. The bathrooms are not well kept and the utensil / soda fountain areas are in disarray. I try to avoid this location if possible.

By far the worst burrito Ive ever had. There is a large glass sneeze guard while ordering and not 1 employee speaks loud enough. The whole line was saying "huh?". The cashier didnt say have a nice day, thanks, pound sand...Nothing. never again.

Yummy and test full maxican grill. Used to pick up a burrito while commuting to school. Its so useful specially during lunch hour driving to school. I always spend my weekend treat with friends there. Great service!.Keep it up guys.

Good food and friendly staff. I ordered a steak burrito for pickup. The order was done fast and was hot. The food here is delicious and the service is great. There is also a few tables outside for eating in the fresh air.

I love chipotle! Im here almost every week, but they give horrible sized portions and not enough of certain things. If Im paying and willing to pay extra for extra food, please give me the correct portion/amount!

Really good food and also a TON of food. The burrito I had could feed me for 3 days haha. I really enjoyed those 3 days though, the pork and corn were really great and it was fun making a gigantic burrito

Im a Chipotle fanatic and Ive been to maybe 30 different restaurants across the country. This one tends to serve better burritos than most. Not the best, but certainly better than most.
