First employee in line great, next employee in line is basically yelling at me for what I want and I answered explaining what I would like on my bowl. The employee proceeded to put on things I said no too. They threw away the meal then started over and proceeded to yell asking what I wanted and not actually listening and rushing and got my request wrong two more times. No one was behind me. I was able to stop them before actually putting the wrong things on my bowl but afterwards their body language and facial expressions were as if I irritated them because they were not listening and rushing my order. While walking away they proceeded to glare expressing their new found frustration towards the customer for having a customer keep repeating themselves for the employees error to a fellow employee. This was extremely uncomfortable as if I was unwanted there. Management needs to retrain these employees to listen while working effectively to avoid these situations. Bad experience with staff but quality of food is always good.

I was first disappointed to see that the former Baja Fresh closed, I was pleased to see my favorite Mexican cafe in its place. Another reviewer mentioned they were new, and Im sorry to report that they havent gotten their act together. There were employees cleaning instead of assisting customers. The one associate helping customers was slow and unpleasant. But what really burned my butter was that they were out of mild salsa (!) AND chips. At 7 pm with 3 hours until close, the answer should have been, "Were cooking fresh chips right now, and of course we have salsa." The young woman at the register gave me attitude when I challenged her about it. First and last time at this location. Please send corporate to train or retrain soon. This location is worthless.

Chipotle is probably my favorite place to eat. As someone with some food allergies, chipotles all natural approach drew me in. It was love at first sight, all the goodness of mexican food and all the healthiness I could enjoy care free. I am such a regular I have gotten multiple bowls free, at least 1-2 a month if not more. The employees are great, compared to other mexican chains with a similar style. They will just throw your food down and not listen to your requests despite them asking you. Chipotles chips are also amazing, slightly salted and sprinkled with lime. Compare them to the other chains chips which taste like stale garbage that has been sitting out all day. Overall I would give chipotle more than 5 stars but unfortunately that is not an option.

Foods definitely delicious here, as is the case at any Chipotle. Theres a fairly heavy volume of customers at this location, keeping the open-air exposed food fairly well rotated (hopefully they either start covering it, or figure something else out if the crowd starts to die down, because I wont be eating there anymore if the food has the typical congealed top-layer that forms with open-air-exposed food) As one other reviewer pointed out, the food gets bit lukewarm at times -- somewhat dangerous and unpleasant for a number of reasons -- they should turn up the heat a bit. Theres frequently an annoying line that wraps around the restaurant, so they need to adjust their staffing levels a bit to compensate, or the existing staff needs to step up the pace..

Went in person for dinner 5:50pm on a Thursday (6/29/17), 3 of us. Some of the hot choices were not available but all in all was very good would give 4.5 out of 5 if I could....**** HUGE HUGE HUGE SHOUT OUT to Mariah who worked the register. Not only was she exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable to us, but we sat and watched her interact with other customers and back and forth working to clean tables when not at the register. HER CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS ARE EXEMPLARY and many should take a lesson from her. SHE is the reason we will keep going back. Please recognize her for her hard work. So many people these days do NOT have the same superb work ethic.

I love Chipotle but this location is the worse in customer assistance. No sense of urgency. Had to wait for chicken then staff is chatting while there was people infront and behind me waiting as well. Then wait an additional 10 mins for someone to give me my chips. The cashier gonna ask me what im waiting for after she told me to wait for the chips. There was no clients ready to pay and she standing there. Have to wait for staff to clock in and out to come to see the chips was sitting up on the shelf. The worse. Food is good staff needs customer service training.

Multiple times Ive been to this location and left dissatisfied. I kept giving it another chance hoping I just caught them on a bad night...nope, theyre the worst Chipotle in the area. Customer service is terrible. They are super slow and mostly moody and lazy teenagers. The food quality isnt much better. The rice is crunchy, the guac is either tasteless or brown, and they never give enough meat or sour cream. I guess Ill be driving a little further to the one at the mall.

The food is usually good. The rice is soggy thought. Not a lot of options. The tortillas are usually soggy and thin. The employees are bordering on disgusting. One woman was sweating into the meat screaming out to someone else what they were running out of. That is atrocious. This place is going down hill with its staff. They talk and talk to eachother while the line is out the door. Incredibly slow service. Not paying attention to their customer.

I love Chipotle and would normally give it five stars but at this location I have consistently been given less than a full serving of meat and guac. Its frustrating to pay extra for guac and then not even get a full spoonful or be forced to get double meat to get a full serving. Besides some of the employees not knowing what a full spoon looks like, I really like this location.

Great lunch if youre really hungry. You cant go wrong with a chicken bowl with extra rice. Sometimes it is a really long line though, so you will be waiting about 10 minutes or so before you can order. The staff is pretty friendly as well. That really helps after waiting for a while.

Not a good location. Rice was stale, the carnitas were bland, and the staff wasnt too keen on kitchen hygiene. One employee was making herself a burrito To-go while the rest were standing around NOT cleaning the messy kitchen/prep area. One employee wasnt wearing a hat.

I am so disappointed with my experience at Chipotle. I asked for a side of barbacoa, and they gave me a container not filled to the top and charged me full price for it. When I questioned the cashier she said take it or leave it. Then completely ignored us. Horrible service.

I cant say enough good about this Chipotle. The food is wonderful and everyone that works there is friendly. The manager Mike was kind enough to help me the first time I was there and explain what everything was. It is my new favorite place to eat!

Excellent customer service! I choose to get steak with my bowl and had to wait about 2 extra minutes for it to finish cooking and was given a dicount for the wait. Totally unexpected but a very nice gesture! Food is always great at this location.
