I bought myself a burrito with steak and guacamole, and the worker tried wrapping it up for me, but failed and ripped the burrito. He asked if I wanted another wrap on top, I said sure. I watched the worker just take out the entire tortilla wrap out of my burrito as well as atleast 25% of its proportions. Then he wrapped it while it was a huge chunk on his hand and I still had to pay full price... When I got home to eat my burrito with a lesser proportion than what I paid for, guess what, it was still ripped and the worker yet again failed at wrapping it. What makes this even worse is that the worker just plainly lied to my face saying it was fixed and now I have a ripped burrito that I cannot even hold or it would fall apart. Thanks Chipotle really love your care for the customer. You mess up and you punish the customers, makes alot of sense. P.S. Just tried eating it, it fell into a million pieces, worst 10 dollars i ever spent on food...

It used be the place for an inexpensive, but healthy and great flavors dinner. What a shame. Dont know who runs the Cherry Hill, NJ one, but its a toral chaos. Last night the service was less than average, waiting for food to be fillled in at the service and then the guacamole old, the chips were old. Approach the POS cashier about it and said" dont have any more" its the best that I could do" . Husband didnt want the food, some of the workers were trying but they seem overwhelmed. Please ,fix it. Not a refund on the chips either. Used to go 2-3 times weekly. We cant do it anymore.

The food from Chipotle is easily my favorite food ever. The quality of the food is extremely fresh and boy can you tell! I have found that Chipotle is really the only food I ever "crave." The portions and service are excellent. My only complaint is paying $2 extra for literally a spoonful of guacamole. My latest experience the worker gave me no more than two teaspoons of guacamole causing me to ask for more, which she did. I love Chipotle so the guacamole issue isnt enough to keep me away! So good!

Chipotle used to be one of my favorite go to places for a fast meal that wasnt fast food crap. Now, I have to reassess my opinion. The food was just okay, not as good as it once was. Loud, loud to the point you could barely hear the people at your table talking. Temperature of the place, cold. I understood perfectly why it was not as crowded as I remember Chipotles being. Not a chain I will be visiting again.

I would highly recommend Chipotle Mexican Grill on 818 Haddonfield Road, Cherry Hill, NJ 08003 for those in the mood for Mexican food. The burritos are delicious! I am a big fan of the ingredients they use from their different types of flavorful meat to their fresh produce. In the past I frequented Taco Bell for my Mexican food needs; however, I find myself visiting Chipotle much more often.

SO UNSATISFIED!! I ordered my food online and when I went to pick my order up not only was it not ready but there was a line of people! What is the point of ordering online if its no different than in store? I get home and my bowl is DISGUSTING! The rice was very undercooked, chicken had no flavor etc. Needless to say Chipotle will not be getting any more of my money!

I have visited this location in the past. Always busy due to its location. My most recent visit was awesome. Staff was very engaging and friendly. The food was absolutely delicious and served perfectly. The entire restaurant was so clean. It was as though it was a grand opening. Thank you!

Went for a for a burrito and ended up with ecoli. I lost 65 pounds from constantly throwing up and going to the bathroom. I frequently need blood to make up for the blood lost from my frequent bathroom going. On a positive note the barbocoa is perfectly seasoned. 3/5 would go back

Delicious vegan and vegetarian options. Once you accomplish that you Stand Out Among the rest. My whole family actually enjoys eating here which is very rare that we find someplace that everyone agrees on. So overall Im a happy guy

I love this place. Friendly staff & for some reason this location always seems to be a dollar or two cheaper than others in this area. Convenient location by Cherry Hill Mall & I love the outdoor tables.

Who doesnt love Chipotle? Great tasting food, although it is a bit pricey. Its always crowded by the staff is pretty fast. Parking is a pain because the strip mall its in is always packed.
