This has got to be the worst Popeyes in the country. The management team is horrible and the food is never fresh - customer service is HORRIBLE, starting with management on down. I will go around to a Popeyes that is further out of my scope before I go to this Popeyes again. Ive also had several friends who have had bad experiences at this place. They need to reassess who runs this place, and he/she needs to be given refresher courses on how to run a good business, and then trickle it down to the employees. There are too many restaurants in the vicinity to get poor service, sub par food and poor treatment. I will not be going back here again, and will highly recommend others to do the same. There is a KFC not too far from there, and a host of other great places. There is even a buffet up the road for about the same price as the chicken.

You need to update your website listing because I was very disappointed I drove 8 miles and I got there at 10:15 and you guys were closed and it says youre open till 11 that is very unprofessional I was sitting in the drive-through for five minutes nobody spoke and said anything to me and then I drove up to the window and the guy just said shook his head no and Morton even open the window for me and then lets not forget about three weeks ago I ordered a 12 piece meal and I wanted all spicy strips and they gave me about five spicy strips and the rest were original and I had to throw them away because I dont like their original and I live 8 miles away and it was too late to take them back so that was a waste always check your order one you use their drive-through if theyre open during business hours

The order taker was very rude. She cut me off twice while I was placing my order and was not friendly at all. I thought about about not patronizing the restaurant at all after my experience at the drive thru. I decided to go into the store and still order my food and report the experience to the manager. The manage was not very helpful. She didnt seem like she believed how I felt at all. She seemed like I was the one that was wrong meanwhile I was still spending my $10 on a platter of chicken. I dont think I will come to this location again. There are more friendlier spots to go to.

Popeyes is by far the best chicken restaurant to go to in Bensalem! Ive gone there many times, each time getting the 16 piece bucket (chicken only, spicy), and Ive been in and out of there in 5 minutes or less. The chicken is always fresh and ready to serve, everybody is always friendly, the interior (and exterior) is always clean and presentable, and even the soda fountain is clean, something that is rare to see at any "fast food" restaurant. Whenever I have a craving for chicken, this is the first place I go to. I highly recommend them!

Ive gone to this location from time to time, ONLY because my wife might want the apple pies. But 8 out of 10 times, they run out & thats before 10pm. Other than that the service is horrendous, the staff hardly ever get orders right and the severe lack of job experience is truly appalling. They tend to have patrons "standing" in the Drive-thru waiting for food because thier order was wrong.

It is Popeyes Chicken! good chicken. the sides are good too. If you go to the web site they have good deals but you have to print the coupon. If you going to get a lot of chicken call 20 to 25 minutes ahead and they will cook it fresh. so you do not have to wait for it. I wish their biscuits are as good as KFC but I would go to Popeyes any day over KFC.

hi. i was just in there. why r u so cheap with your napkins all time this time u didnt even give any. on the honey also cheap with everything in your store. i got no reciept. the fries were cold also. soda cup blend u couldnt even put on the lid. your place Popeye on Street rd. Bensalem, PA cheap like always. you wont even pickup up your phone. Maria

If you are open until 11pm you do not stop serving food at 10:30pm. Very disappointed by the poor customer service we have received 2 weeks in a row. It a complete shame they cant find employees who value having a job and that dont mind doing their jobs until closing time. We wont waste our time anymore stopping at this location after our travels.

Nice little store. Service was quick Chicken was delicious. I love their spicy chicken!!! RRs were spotless.It seems like everybody took turns making sure tables were cleared and clean. Very nice operation. Just needs to upgrade soda machine with all flavors of soda

Who said you cant have a healthy meal when all your friends want fried chicken? Get the blackend chicken tenders with green beans and ditch the biscuit. Add an unsweetened iced tea. <450 calories and your friends will still think your cool.

Worst experience, every time I go to Popeyes, I have to wait 20 to 25 minutes for my order and I always order for a family meal .I shouldnt go there but thats the only "fast food " that sells fried chicken ,they dont do anything fast.

I love Popeyes, but this location is a little weird. Had a very strange odor in the dining room, the teas were mislabled, and my wife and I both got sick after eating there the past two times we have visited.

Food is good....but they make cars in the drive thru park to wait for their food so it looks like there service is speedy. Be prepared to wait any where from 5-15 mins!
