This was the worse experience that I ever had in any Popeyes restaurant, starting with the person who was at the register and following with the "manager" who were more interested in chatting with visitors than taking care of the customers. We received our order packed when we want it to dine-in, then our food was thrown down in a tray with out a paper mat, need it to ask for napkins and for honey ( and take the rolling eyes from the employee) and when we were done my mother tried to wash her hands and after a long 5 minutes of waiting I found out that they locked the keys inside the bathroom and they "were looking" for another set the keys, we stand in front of them waiting, with our sticky hands, and we were complete ignored for the 3 employees for over 5 minutes again, until my mother decided to get some napkins and get some ice out of the soda dispenser because it was not even water there, Im telling you, this was the WORSE customer service ever. Im pretty sure that they wont gonna see my face there never ever again, prefer to drive 10 minutes more and go to the next one

I ordered food at the drive thru! I had to repeat myself 3 times. After I paid for the food I was asked by the lady at the window to back my car up so I couldnt see inside the store after I paid. Once she did that I was completely turned off!! I was given the wrong order. The chicken was overcooked and the bisquits was extremely hard! I paid for two apple pies and never received them. Once I looked at it I was very disappointed and threw it away! I didnt go into the establishment to complain because it wasnt worth jail time. Ill NEVER order food there again!! They actually killed my vibe for any Popeyes restaurant! Im done.

It was my first time in this area and saw the Popeyes Restaurant thought to eat there. As I placed my I saw a roach walk across the counter. Instead of killing it the man who worked their decided it would be better to place one of the boards in front of it as if I had not seen it. Just a very disgusting restaurant. I am from Brooklyn and eat Popeyes quite often and this didnt even taste good. This location needs to be inspected, cleaned and teach the staff how to properly cook the food.

Babu was very helpful and kind, I didnt have time to do the survey and talk about him there so Im putting it on here. Food was delicious, my order was taken quickly, and food also came to us quickly. There were half a dozen customers (we were the second ones) and all but one had their order taken but they were taking the last ones order as we left.

Ads placed in windows (apparently prematurely by about a weeks time) were not honored, when asked why, manager was omnipitent in saying she ordered the window ads installed ahead to save "time". What about the "time" of the hundreds of customers who came out of their way to enjoy the advertised special and were denied? #BadPractices by mgmt.

They dont know what the difference is between a thigh and a breast. They are terrible at taking an order. They are always talking to their coworkers instead of listening to the customers. This is my local Popeyes and I never leave the place without a complaint.

I visited only two times to this popeyes, and in both ocasions my orders were incompete, I think they do that on porpuse , make sure to doble check your order, open the box and count the pieces of chicken and the sides orders, dont trust those guys.

Very rare on a fast food to get a high rate but the staff & specially the Manager Mosammat is lively & great.. It makes the flow & wait very joyful. First time to dine here.. i usually get a drive thru but they r great people. Keep it up Popeye!
