Just came in today. I usually come here to get food and have never had an issue with the service. However, I cant believe how rude and terrible the workers working today on November 16, 2016 were. I ordered via drive-thru and the male employee who took my order was rude and spoke in a condescending manner. He made a mistake with my order and was blaming me for his error. Instead of apologizing, I was unprofessionally treated. I did not argue with him but instead kept myself courteous, apologetic, and thankful for the service regardless of the situation. The man along with everyone else, including the manager gave me and my girlfriend an attitude. We were treated with sarcasm and disrespect. The success of business lies in the manner that customer service is handled. My experience today was unacceptable and hope that others who enjoy the food here dont go through the same unprofessional service that I received today.

I have only been to this store twice. First time the order taker took my order wrong, when I got to be window I asked her to repeat my order and it was wrong. After correcting the order I still got charged for the wrong order, this is were her nasty attitude begins. I did not want drinks and instead of refunding my money they insist that I take more chicken or a side of something else which I did not want. Then the second time the same exact thing happened but this time she gives me two dollars cash when I have no idea if that was my correct refund or not. I will never again go to this unprofessional and rude establishment! Take pride in what you do or dont do it at all! I should have learned the first time! They dont even deserve the one star!

I usually come here but I stopped coming for a while, today I stopped by and the Popeyes employee Niloy kept getting my order wrong, and he snatched my card out of my hand when it was time to pay. Then they told me itd take 4 mins for my food to get ready and its been longer than 4 for two simple meals. I ended up waiting about 10 mins, the only good employee there is a woman named Desirea. Shes the only one who does everything correct. The other employee who I think is a manager or assistant manager didnt even have a name tag, which isnt even professional. This experience was so bad I may not come back again. And one of the orders were the sweet and crunchy tenders, they didnt even have the sauce that they were advertising! Unbelievable

I went to the Popeyes in Rahway. A few different times I had a bad experience. 1 st time they had me waiting outside for about 15 minutes. They forgot about me and I had to go inside and still had to wait additional 10 to 15 minutes. 2 ND time I had to wait outside again for 15 minutes. I left after receiving my food and went home. The for got the bread and I had to come back. This is not the first time this happened. Popeyes you have one more time. If it happens again I will stop coming.

I just left from there. I waited a good 15 mins in the parking area for my food, no one came outside so I went inside to get my food. No utensils were placed in my bag, missing food, cole slaw isnt good and slow service. They get 2 stars because the chicken and cajun rice is actually good. But Ill bypass this location and go to the other one on St. Georges Ave. in Roselle.

Ive been here a few times over the years and pretty much its fine unless there is a line. If there are more than 3 orders before you prepare to wait. Not even put in your order and wait, but wait until those three are fine and then youll be up. The food though is what you expect and while driving there can be tricky depending on traffic, really this place is quality.

They only got one star because I had to to be able to post. A 12 piece with sides cost me nearly 40 bucks. Every goddamn time I pay a different price for the same thing. This was it for me. I can get treated poorly by 10yr old managers at better places than this for less money. Peace Popeyes

So I went to this Popeyes today December 17, 2016 and the food was okay but while I was waiting for my food I noticed the cooks being very unprofessional. This one lady had on pants way too long for her stepping on em as she walks with flats on and holder her pants up with no gloves on smh.

Just left from there. Ordered a mild 2 piece combo. Was told it would take 10 minutes because all they had was spicy. Needless to say 1/2 hour later I finally got my order. This has left me not ever returning to Popeyes. How do you not have mild chicken ready?

Service sucks unprofessional employees! That was after waiting for 20 minutes in drive thru....whats the point. Disappointed this chain will slowly disappear due to staff and management. Someone needs to assist the location with training and customer service.
