Every time I go there, I get aggravated. If it werent for my husband having cravings for kfc, I would go to Wendys next door. The other Kfcs are too far away. Over the years I have had incomplete orders, half cooked food and always waited too long. It seems like they are always out of something. They are not friendly at all. When they make mistakes and I have to go back they never offer to give you something for the inconveniences that they caused you. I would avoid this Kfc if possible.

I went there tonight at 10:35pm the woman at the drive thru said they have no more chicken and their not making anymore and they close at 11:00 pm and clearly on the site and on google it states that they close at 12:00 pm so another hour left and they deside to close early and be rude and unprofessional never again will i go here

Service is horrible! Every time Ive gone there Ive had to wait at least 10 minutes for my order to be taken and then another 10 minutes to get the order. This is completely unacceptable!! Save yourself some time and aggravation and go to the Wendys next door!

Got a Chicken Little sandwich, and half of the roll was ROCK HARD, not toasted, just very stale. Went for lunch with three coworkers and it took over 30 mins to make all four meals. Never again. Go to Wendys next door, their chicken is better anyway.

Sometimes they get your order right, most of the time they dont. Waited over a half hour for chicken several times. Go to the one on Rt 1 South in Woodbridge.
