TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE PLACE, I USUALLY GO THERE IF I HAVE A TASTE FOR IT, BUT EVERY TIME I GO THERE IT IS ALWAYS SOMETHING DIFFERENT.. LET ME JUST SAY SOME OF THERE STAFF ARE YOUNG AND YOU CAN TELL THEY DO NOT CARE ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS GOSSIPING AND GETTING A FREE CHECK BECAUSE THEY DO NOT WORK LIKE MOST PEOPLE IN OTHER JOBS BUT THE OTHER DAY I WENT IN AND ORDERED THE 5 PIECE COMBO AND THE LADY HAD THE NERVE TO PUT MY FRIES IN A BAG NOT A BOX OR PUT THEM IN THE BOX WITH THE CHICKEN IN A BAG WHEN I ASKED HER ABOUT IT SHE GAVE ME THIS LOOK AS IF I WERE SPEAKING A DIFFERENT LANGUAGE THEN WHEN SHE NOTICED I WAS A LITTLE UPSET THEN SHE SAID LET ME ME GIVE U SOME IN THE BOX SO SHE GAVE ME NEW FRIES AND PUT THE ONES FROM THE BAG IN THE BOX THERE GHETTO PLEASE DO NOT GO THERE TO ORDER ANYTHING I AM NEVER GOING BACK THERE I AM GOING TO CALL THERE CORPORATE OFFICE AND COMPLAIN THERE WHOLE STAFF NEEDS TO BE FIRED IT IS A SHAME THEY PUT THESE FRANCHISES IN THE GHETTO AND THIS IS WHAT YOU GET WHEN YOU DO THAT AND IT SHOULD NOT BE LIKE THAT JUST BECAUSE THE AREA MIGHT NOT BE A GOOD GOOD AREA LIKE LETS SAY BAYONNE OR UNION CITY OR ETC THEY SHOULD STILL PRACTICE THE SAME VALUES AS ANOTHER PLACE I HOPE THE MANAGERS ARE LOOKING AT THESE REVIEWS BECAUSE SOMETHING HAVE TO CHANGE EITHER EVERYONE GET FIRED OR RETRAIN THE WHOLE STAFF

I was sitting here having KBBQ thinking this is what is needed in Manhattans Chinatown and every restaurant in Ktown. The new location is a welcomed relief from the last spot. The bbq is excellent and the banchans are plentiful and delicious. The banchans included over 15 or so small dishes with standouts including the kimchi cucumbers, kimchi, bean sprouts, and sliced radish. For a starter we ordered a Kimchi Pajeon which is a traditional korean pancake with finely chopped kimchi. Our friends had not eaten Korean food before and we felt this was as safe a dish for them as possible. For KBBQ we ordered the pork belly, kalbi, and bulgolgi. The pork belly is thick cut with two layers of meat and fat, and quite amazing. The kalbi and bulgolgi are both excellent and filling. We also ordered seafood hotpot, yoogaejang soup, and soondooboo. Im a huge fan of Yookgaejang soup. Yookgaejang soup consists of finely shredded beef, scallions, mushrooms in very spicy beef broth and noodles. Soondooboo, a mild spicy broth stew with soft tofu, baby clams, shrimps and oysters. There is valet parking out front. The street is busy so make your car/valet transition fast. The restaurant will fill up by 7pm on a Saturday night.

hello,went to this popeyes thinking it was as good as the last time,but this is my last time going this place of bus.the manager treated me very poorly,when in had advised her i had been waiting for more than 15 min asked for a spicy 2 pc order and i was given 1 spicy and 1 mild with out telling me than was told i had to wait another 12min or get my money back but since i was there i still waited i was treat very bad by the manager as i watched her help others customers with extra food, and when the new food was ready i was not given any consideration for waiting a total of 1/2 hour i was not disruptive to her but i was patient,the manager at this Popeyes should not be running this place i will never return and will now think twice about eating at Popeyes Chicken, i feel bad writing this but someone has to hear from a form Popeyes customer, thank you for your time. PS i will continue to write a blog about this store until i hear from someone...... Shaune Wilson

This is my first time at their new place! We it was funny at first. A manager and a cashier were standing around looking. I 2as not sure who was taking my irder even though the manager was closest! She 2aited for the cashier to call me then she walked away! Maybe too cute to take orders today? Amazing! Then had to wait for my order. Thete was a guy already waiting before me. My family member had to speak up so rhat the guy in front of usbgot his order before ys. It is only right. They were filling orders placed after us. A manager stepped up. I did notice an employee who was cooking chicken touching his face as well! Nuff said.

This place consistently comes up short for the Drive-Thru. On one occasion, once I got home my order was not what I was charged for!!! Then when you try to call him the phone is off the hook or busy . Bad management . Of course I should have checked before I pulled off but when you have a line of cars behind you and you dont want to inconvenience them. ...?? Maybe some of the employees are just pocketing the food, who knows. Check your bags people before you pull off!

Good food some good workers who want to work and enjoy customer satusfaction. Then its the mfs who dont give a f about u or the job so they act like things you order is bothering them On days u get dried up ugly chicken and when u want to return they get mad and try to make u come in. I got a female worker who just gave me my whole order over again for free becuz they gave me wrong chickens. [Why not . they throw it away any way .. She said]

My wife went to the new popeyes here on springfield avenue paid like $29.00 dollars for 12pc meal receipt says mild for all the chicken was given about 9pcs of spicy chicken my grandson was like pop pop i dont want no more fire chicken i was like what u talking about till i ate a piece ge was right spicy as hell. Calling the manager Tanisha this morning im tired of people just trying to take my money and not give me what i paid for.

I came here and ordered a #11 which is there 1/4 LB POPCORN SHRIMP but got something completely different all because they was not paying attention. I like it here but if you have like 10 customers online then you should have more than one register open. I just think they can do better. It will be awhile before I ever come back to this place!!! Wishing I could post a picture of my food!!!

Worst customer service! They actually curse at you and rush you to order then they have the nerve to not have half of whats on the menu! Went there as an alternative to what I really wanted because it was closed! Bottom line, I gave my almost $30 order to a homeless man! Stay away from here!!! They need new employees!

Do the reviews even matter? Everytime I come here I hope for different results but it seem to get worst. This time I waited in the drive thru for a total of 32 mins. I eventually ended up leaving... after all of the waiting I hadnt even placed my order!!!! They have to do better!!

Drive thru lady was very rude ....she just gave us an order and the order was completey screwed up..we had to go back ton the window ....they have people asking for change around the drive thru begging ..last time I come here..its just terrible ...
