Lets get one thing straight. i absolutely love Cluck U. The food is seriously the best thing ever. However, This location is just the worst. First of all, their online ordering doesnt work, so i have to call in. I place my order for delivery and am told they would be there in 45 minutes. One hour and 15 minutes later I see the driver, I believe his name is Mohammed, pull up to my house. He proceeds to search through his car, give up, then drive away. I call Cluck to ask whats going on and I am told he brought my food to another house by accident, Is returning to pick up fresh food, and that I will not be charged. ONE HOUR LATER, I call again, still waiting for my food. I am told he is 5 minutes away. He arrives with my food and tells me its $23.05. I tell him that i was told i did not have to pay by the girl on the phone. He calls her and she says (on speakerphone) "I meant he didnt have to pay for the second order of fresh food!" like, why would i have to pay twice anyway. Stupidest thing i have ever heard. They then tell me that the owner never gives free food. I reluctantly pay for the food, only because I have been starving now for close to 3 hours. I call to complain and am told there is no management there, and they dont know when they will be again. Seriously, if you live in the Union area and crave some Cluck U, take the ride to Morristown so you dont have to deal with these idiots.

Over 1hr 40 min late 1/2 orders instead of large my mushrooms looked like someone ate out of it then delivered it. EVERYTHING WAS COLD! The time before that wrong size order brought small. Called told me next time you order tell them and we will make it up to you. OKAY DID THAT and in return I got the above! They constantly change the sizes if you say something they give you a hard time. For example: The largest becomes medium, medium becomes small and small is always small. But they become angry if you point out that NOT A LARGE. Its BULLSHIT! Its cheating people every chance they get! Most of all its unprofessional!

I am so mad I even had to give them ONE star! I placed an order, to my job, they accepted my order and took my credit card info, and after waiting for 2 hours they tell me we are too far away?!?! How inconsiderate! The driver kept calling, which means they were on their way to deliver and just never showed up. Terrible customer service. I work in an industry where customer service is everything, and bad reviews are frowned upon, but I just could not resist. This place is terrible - they didnt even have the decency to apologize, let alone offer something for waiting so long.

Let me just start by saying the food is great but today I experienced the worst customer service & fraud.Today will be the last I ever order from Cluck U. My order came incomplete and I called Cluck U trying to work this out with them, to check hey maybe the driver just forgot it, or maybe they could discount it from my order. Instead I was called a liar and hung up on! Unbelievable! Im going to dispute this charge with my credit card company and Cluck U will never get an order from me again

If I could give this place no stars I would. I ordered online at 9:53 pm didnt get my order till 11:10pm. Mind you I live 2 minutes away. My food was cold and the order was wrong. I was missing my salad and drink. My sauce on my parm chicken sandwich was sour. I called to tell them my order was wrong and they asked how much money I wanted back. And they said they were going to give me cash as a result. Told them their service was horrible and Im never going back to them. Worst service ever.

Visited this establishment last night. Besides taking a full 15 minutes to get two 5 piece meals and onion rings, the girls at the counter were ridiculous. One had her cell phone earpiece in and never stopped talking and texting. The other just sat there and looked bored. After finally getting the food, I took it home to find that the onion rings were soggy and full of grease. The two of us had one each and threw the rest out. I wont be back....

The place looks clean! The wings were delicious! I used to come here often before I head to the library. Everythings changed! I noticed the regular chicken pieces have much more flavor in it and the place looks better. I guess because its "under new management" staff are always so friendly, Prim is a good cook. Will definitely be coming back

Really the boss they dont care how look the business is a nasty place...the kitchen is always dirty... Second the food is always cold and the service is really bad. The employees they smoke weed in front of the store or backyard... That the reason the food is cold and the wrong size...

The store is very clean. Its fast service. I really like their fries and wings! A lot of improvements since its under new management. If youre craving for some good wings, i highly recommend this place.

Good food usually, but I came a half an hour before closing and they would not serve me. If you want to close a half an hour early then just close early, dont refuse to serve because youre lazy
