Today must be a bad day for lunch shift workers. Girl on register doing good job getting orders in. Kitchen staff pushing orders out fairly timely. BUT the finnal step is broken today. Watched my two sandwiches sit and sit and sit. Not just my order. Something or someone needs to get fixed.

Got a bigmac from the drive thru at lunchtime. Once I got it to the office and opened it there was a massive black hair laced through the burger between the buns. There is no way to contact the restaurant to complain aside from coming back. Appetite destroyed.
