The only legitimate reason why I even bother to come here is for its "Moe Monday" deals which features any burrito bowl or burrito for $6 (with tax that comes out to $6.53). Otherwise I wouldnt even bother stepping foot into this place. I mean, dont get me wrong. Its a great deal considering the amount of food you get. I like to get my monies worth and overload on all the toppings (including guac) and all the different types of sauce they offer. But in my opinion, I think the food is rather tasteless and bland for the most part. Its not THE best, but its what $6 can get you in Midtown Manhattan for lunch. As for the service itself, Ive never experienced any problems while dining here. Aside from the occasional employees goofing around in the back, I think the service is here isnt bad. Theres also plenty of seating and several televisions laid out throughout the establishment featuring sporting events and the news. The establishment is also generally kept clean. Another thing I like about Moes is that they provide chips with every order. So thats a plus. Theres also a variety of dips you can choose from next to the soda machine. I just dont think that most "spiciest" dip there should be even considered spicy. Its mild at best.

I was really not impressed. After the six of us sat sown it took a rather long time for the waitress to take our order. The place was really not busy and it looked like she was the only waitress, the host that sat us and maybe the manager offered no help. The menu is quite extensive and you can really go crazy making your custom burger by choosing the bun, toppings (over 20 different) and size. I would have liked to have seen some pre-styled burgers for quick ordering but there was none. I found the fries to be to soft and soggy, and the burger rather bland. The toppings were nothing special with just plain chopped onions and pickles that had no flavor. I would go again if in a pinch but there are better burgers places on the Island.

Im very happy that this restaurant opened in my area, after my second visit to the location near Arthur Kill Road. Great burgers, great service, and fun atmosphere. Sure its a bit more money than McDonalds, but the quality is incomparable. Here, you can actually sit down, enjoy your meal, and custom order your food in innumerable combinations. I havent even tried the shakes yet. Saving that for next visit!

Called for a pick up walked in and the girl at the counter is standing there texting stood there for 2 minutes while she smiled and laughed at her phone finally as i was walking out they called me for my food told the waitress to keep it. If you can ignore your customer i can ignore my order rather eat trash then be ignored. Never will order again of she still works there

Been here twice and have been really happy with the burgers and service. Finally somewhere I can go for a real fresh burger done my way. Plus the shakes are awesome! The burgers are a little expensive but you know you get what you pay for...dosent come close to fast food burgers. Will Recommend.

Everything was better than I expected! The burger was scrumptious and perfectly cooked as I ordered. The brownie batter milkshake was unforgettable. Ill definitely be back for another. This is definitely the place to go if youre in the mood for a shake. Service was very friendly and helpful!

Terrible service and rude waitstaff. I will never come back to this Cheeburger Cheeburger again. I have been to other locations and had a good meal, but after two bad experiences in a row here Im not coming back to this one.

Their burgers along with five guys are the best on the island. They cook it perfectly the temperature you want and their onion rings are amazing. Great staff to top it off. We always get more than we pay for!
