My husband placed an order for 2 fry lovers, 2 checker burgers with cheese, bacon crisp burger and a chicken bites box. I received 2 half full fry lovers, 2 fry burgers and a cold bacon crisp burger. Only thing that was done right was the bites box. I called to speak to a manager about the situation, he got on the phone kindly BUT quickly rushed me off the phone without listening to anything else I was trying to say which is completely rude. Cut me off while I still had words coming out my mouth. And this isnt the only incident Ive had with rude managers from this location. The staff sees people waiting to get their orders taken and the customers get ignored or when they do execute the order, 9/10 times the order is messed up.

Love the apple pies & fries but havent been there in a while. The employees are unwelcoming and their uniforms and appearance looked very dirty. I cannot trust a food establishment that does not represent cleanliness of the establishment & employees. When i last went i ordered my burger with only the patty & vegetables. Because the time before that it was drenched in a thin liquid of mayo, ketchup. It looked so suspect that I had to throw it away. Please take my post as constructive and welcome your customers with enthusiasm as well as a clean uniform.

If there was an option to give no stars, I would, the customer service here sucks and the employees talk to you like youre begging the food instead of paying for it. Theyre very disrespectful, the food my be decent if you can get pass the nasty attitude. I wont be going back. They were sooo nasty to me, Im writing to their headquarters about this. Ridiculous service... Cant even call it service.

Customer service goes a long way and this location greatly lacks it! I was treated rudely while I was ordering my food by an extremely large window attendant. He seemed like he didnt even want to be there. He got my order wrong and refused to correct it. You can tell that this restaurant does NOT value the people who live in this community.

Service was horrible. One of the workers actually yelled at my father because he said he wanted to remove the drink from hisorder. She also continuously slammed the little window whenever he would tell her how disrespectful she was being im pretty sure she spit in my drink...other then the horrible workers the food is pretty good.

Efficient service. The burgers are good. The Buford is rather tasty. The fries are always warm to hot and well seasoned. They drown their chili / chili cheese dogs with ALOT of chili and melted cheese (which is the norm for Checkers) so if you cant handle that then just order a regular hot dog. Food is always fresh.

Theyre always so slow and at times the staff can be a bit short tempered. However, there food taste as good as all checkers do. Nothing special and if you could look past their rudeness then you should be find.

Worst place ever. Employees are the most ghetto people you will ever come in contact with. Plus the food is all greasy and fat. It is a heart attack on a bun. In the end the place is very unprofessional.
