Your food that you sell is good and also bad In my option I hope that you can switch up the menu. For brand new customers that are coming to eat your food. Your food is really good and people enjoy it because they live it but some people have problems with your food. I think it will be good if you dont sell make up something new for your customers that are coming to eat your food. I know your buisnnes have became a big hit but if you do something better maybe you will become more successful. Thank you for your understanding that is Im my option for you if you dont it ok.

This Burger King is a rip-off place you really need to focus on these employees I try to give them a special coupon that I could use on Whopper burgers and they said that this does not apply for it and they give me something else. The other issue is I took the whole order I asked them if theyre Hershey Pi is inside the bag they said yes I almost went home I just came to check the bag and there was no Hershey pie I went back to them again this is a hassle you need to check everything and open everything at the Burger King before you leave the place.

the place it self is clean I give it that but as far as the people working there, HORRIBLE. I walked into the restaurant the manager is yelling at the employees like they killed her close friend. the manager needs to be fired ASAP! ... the drive-thru line doesnt move fast enough and when it finally does move and I get to the window the young lady working the window was very disrespectful and sarcastic I will never forget her face. I wouldnt recommend this place guys.

Upon placing my order, I was told to hold on. After a few minutes of waiting, I asked if I can place my order? I was then screamed at and told to hold on! When I was finally allowed to place my order, the drive thru employee began speaking sarcastically and playing "games" when I would ask what two sandwiches were part of the $5 deal. As a youth church leader, I was very sadden and will be taking mine and our other members business else where.

Service was bad tonight I understand first hand that its fast food but the lady in drive thru seemed to be in a Rush, was rude, my food was bagged improperly, onion rings n fries were cold, salad over stuffed with lettuce, asked for 2 dressings got one n the guy offers ketchup for my salad smh. After a long day At work I just wanted to come home n enjoy some food was too tired to cook but been starring at my salad for a minute now.

Well, Ive been here since I was a little girl so...Ive had good and bad experiences (Just a few wrong orders but as long as I can still eat, it wasnt a big deal). Today however was the best because I treated my dad to breakfast. The food is good and the people are nice. Just respect the people working there because no job is easy when you first start.

I ordered the new hotdogs n jalapeno chicken fries.. The chicken fries were burnt and the hot dog bread was hard.. And at that they took 20 minutes at the drive threw and they forgot my 2 four piece nuggets.. Food was just overall nasty.. Never again.. Id rather go to the one in Linden on Saint George Ave.. So much better

This place has gotten so bad. They remodeled it but never trained the employees. Mistakes galore . Food doesnt taste the way it should. I hope a manager can really step it up at this location. This review comes from 5 different trips here. Any location can have a bad day. I will not be returning .

This place is garbage. From the workers to the management. They give the wrong others and when you ask for what you pay for. They look at you as if you made the mistake. Maybe its time to put someone new ib charge. Some one with costumer service experience. Burger King is going down hill.

Fast, friendly service. The inside is completely modernized and very comfortable and appealing. This is definitely one of the nicest Burger King Restaurants I have ever had the pleasure of eating in. If Im back in the area, Id definitely eat here again!

The food I just purchased was cold the fries seemed like they were throw back into the oil everything was nasty ate half the sandwich and thru the rest out!! I cant believe that they had the nerve to do such thing!! Never eating from this location!

Seriously BK? I only came here because i was very hungry after work and it was on the way home anyway.The food was horrible!! Onion rings overcooked. The new chicken sandwich is just not worth it! Im DONE with them forever!!!

Very long wait time, saw 5 other customers in line get fed up and walk away. Seemed like they were understaffed. After waiting 15 minutes for my food, had to wait another 6 minutes at the counter to get my drink cup.

Everytime I use the drive thru, it takes about half an hour to 45 mins to actually get my order. The food is cold and tastes reheated. Drive thru is a disaster. Avoid coming here if possible!!
