I had heard of The Windmill however I never knew there was one of their locations not to far from me. On my way home night being totally fed up with all of what the other fast food restaurants have and what they offer I wanted something different so I decided to stop in and try The Windmill and I am surely glad that I did. I looked at their menu and as I was looking I happen to be in front of the grill where they were cooking their hot dogs and I looked again and I said to myself, "Wow, look at the size of the hot dog and the quality of it". It looked simply delicious so I ordered 2 of them and an order of french fries with them to go. When I got home I sat down and let me tell you their hot dogs are awesome not only due to the size of them, but the quality was second to none and the french fries as well. I truly enjoyed my visit and meal at The Windmill and they have earned a new fan for sure and I am going to spread the word to all of my friends and family to go there for a really good meal indeed. The only downside to my visit to The Windmill as the person who took my order could barely speak and understand the English language as I wanted to take some condiments (Pickles, Onions, Relish) home with me for the hot dogs and I asked for some containers for the condiments and I asked, "Can I have some containers for the condiments I want to take home with me please?" The person replied, "How many condoms do you want?" I looked in amazement, the person gave me a few with lids, I paid for my order and left in shock from the answer to my question.

I have been a fan of Windmill hot dogs for years but after todays lunch I will not be returning to this particular store. The man that waited on my husband and I barely spoke English. We got our order 2 hotdogs, fries and drinks. The order of fries were about 1/2 as many as normal and my hotdog bun was broken in 4 pieces. When I showed the man that was working there (alone, no other employees around) my bun, we was rude and said "give me, Ill give you new one". I said no and told him we wouldnt be back. He turned away as of he couldnt care less. No way to run a business. I dont understand why there was only one person working there at noon today. We frequent Windmills often, and have never been any of them, at any time, with on one person doing it all. If this is under new ownership its being poorly run.

I am ashamed to say I ate here last week and I am very unpleased with the food the chicken fiungers I ordered were extra small and it had a funny taste to it and it was slimy or something the food tasted grose and the service was horrible. the lady behind the counter had an attitude she didnt even take all of our order she gave us half of what we ordered and never got the rest of our food and when we asked where the rest of our food was she got an attitude and told us we didnt even order it. I am never going to eat there again nasty food and the people who wored there had a attitude. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE GO EVERYWHERES ELSE BUT HERE.

Place has been going downhill ever since they opened in the early 90s.they used to have alot of nice decorations in there and It seems like every couple years they take more and more out. Also which was already said in other peoples reviews the food quality seems like theres no more quality and definitely without a doubt overpriced. I think alot of business owners lost their way and forget that we can make these things at home or get from other establishments that are cheaper. get off your highhorse and start making the money again by charging less and the money comes faster than waiting a long time for charging a big price.

Fries overcooked/overpriced, incompetent staff added an additional fry to my order, they couldnt figure out how to cook my daughters hotdog (was flat out cold on the inside). I was the only person in the place when I ordered. This place sucks, its a shame, I used to love the Old Bridge location when it was open 15 years ago. Dont waste your time/money $20 for 2 hotdogs (one of which was kids sized) next time Ill just get hotdogs at the 7-11 next door....

The only 2 workers barely spoke English. The one woman started mopping the floor while we were still eating...I think she mixed the wrong chemicals, my family and I were gagging, our eyes were burning and you could taste the chemicals in your mouth. We quickly packed up our food and left! Worst experience ever! Never again

The food seems moderately overpriced and is fairly mediocre. The staff are agreeable. Typically, I would prefer a major chain fast food restaurant, as the quality and consistency are higher while still having a lower price. Burger King is across the street.

No matter which place that you go to being that they have a few different places number one that food so good and you get more than enough. For the most part they are all friendly. But lets get real were only going for the food and it is worth it.

Good Chili Dog, Fries and Cola that was not watered down like it is at some other fast food chains. Very pricey. Over $12 for a chili dog, fries and small soda. You can get a better dinner at a diner for that!
