Ordered pick up from this outback, picked it up and headed to my boyfriends house 20 min away. Once I arrived we realized they didnt give me one of the entrees and gave my a random order of fries that I didnt order. We called to make a complaint and they asked us to return because they had the entree sitting there. At that point I am 20 min away and my boyfriend had to eat his before it got cold. So I said no, we cant come back please refund us the money. They said there was no manager on duty so they couldnt do it. I find it hard to believe that there wasnt a manager there on a Thursday night? They told us to call back the next day to rectify the situation, we asked for the managers name for tomorrow, which they gave us, and it was just a first name. We called the next day and had no idea what we were talking about. I will not be returning here.

Id love to understand why i reserved a table then when i got the i was told i now have to wait 15 mins (or abit longer according to the hostess ) honestly now why have tabe reservation available then have to wait especially when i clearly see available tables and couples that show up after me get service before me, i got got seated approx. 25 mins after the time i reserved my table i really am not to fond of the staff and operations of this establishment not sure if Ill be back quite unfortunate.

Typically love their Victoria steak, with sweet potatoes, though I havent been there in a while. I was looking to try their lunch menu, as viewed on the web site, but lights and music were present, no one else. Just a couple of cars in the parking lot, but no one to be found, but locked doors! This WAS a great place to eat, but finding it closed, with no one available for lunch, yet has a lunch menu, does not keep a restaurant opened!

Popped in for a steak night the the night before we left states and the food was quite good. We had a couple the famous onion starters and they are very nice but also very big so share one unless youve got a big appetite! We had a party of nine which I think confused the waitress as we kept having drinks delivered to the table the were never ordered, three in the end I think. We did make room for them though! Not too bad all in all.

Used to love going to Outback all the time until today. The meat was undercooked and the waiter was horrible. Joshua. He was awful. He had attitude, was pretty rude, and kept trying to rush us out of there. It was like 15 minutes after getting our food out thay he came back to ask if we wanted the check and some boxes for our food. It was even our friends first time there and we were all pretty disappointed.

$80 got me a horrible steak a frozen tuna app, a couple pieces of chicken on a brick of ice burg lettuce for the wife and a beer. I just dont know how this place could call them selves a steak house! Do yourself a favor drive 10 minutes down the road to pub 199 and get twice the food at 4x the quality for the same price. Or just go to KFC next store it literally would of been a better meal!

Had dinner with my wife tonight and it was fantastic. I had the fettuccine pasta with veggies, shrimp and chicken and my wife had the Caesar salad with shirmp. The portions were huge and we couldnt finish them but they were very nice about putting the leftovers in microwaveable containers so we could reheat them later. It was a bit loud but worth it

Disappointing. Went for a birthday dinner on a Saturday night with my family. After waiting for a half hour to get in, service was slow. Bloomin onion was over cooked; shrimp was over cooked; steaks were good. Plenty of other places nearby to go.

Service was fast but friendly, straight to the point, I like that. My steak was cooked perfectly, sweet potato was soft and delicious. Everything was great, highly recommend this Outback. Sandra was a server, I highly recommend her as well.

Overall wouldnt go back. Cold bread that we had to remind them to bring, steak tasted like it was soaked in oil, brownie ice cream dessert was plain and to top it off, 2 flat beers. Had a table of 5 of us and Noone was happy.

This is one of the more consistent chain locations. Always clean and presentable. Service is usually quick and friendly. I highly recommend the Tassies Bites as an appetizer. The Wednesday $9.99 steak meal cant be beat.

I used to work there and was fired under certain circumstances. But, I was a hard worker. The new manager isnt nice so I dont recommend anyone to go there to eat. Also, the food is loaded with grease.

Family steakhouse. Can be loud at peak hours. Good comfort food. Not much selection for people who prefer fresh "clean" menu. But great if youre in the mood for heavy & filling meals.
