Ive eaten here my share of times and have always been pleased with it. I have sat @ the Hibachi and enjoyed large quantities of quality food. The hibachi meals generally include soup, salad, shrimp appetizer, rice (steamed or fried), noodles, veggies, and whatever meat you order so you should not leave hungry. The chefs who prepare the meals are fun, friendly, and entertaining. Ive also had a couple of meals @ the sushi bar and I have enjoyed that as well. It is a little on the higher side,but you get what you pay for and it is worth it.

Food was very good. Especially wasabe calamari, rock shrimp tempora, and clear miso soup. Ambiance very nice. But be careful. If you have a coupon, you better be sure to order two items from the actual "entree" section or the coupon will be invalid. We spent significantly more than required to use the coupon but couldnt use it because we didnt order two entrees - in the strictest sense of the word. We found out the hard way that sushi does not count as an entree.

The food was not as good as I had hoped. It was definitely lacking in salt and the scallops I got were definitely not fresh. Their portion control was also terrible. I ordered extra fried rice with my order and Im not even sure I got more than everyone else we were sitting with. We had some kids with us and it seemed as though their portions were the same size as the adults! Their fried rice was definitely a bright spot but I dont think we are gonna go again.

I come all the way from Deptford for this little gem. Their sushi is always delicious and fresh. The miso soup is very authentic, always warm and very scrumptious. They always have 50% off sushi, so its totally worth eating a lot. This is the go to place for sure. The ambience is always nice and the service is always superb. I have yet to try to Hibachi but it always looks divine from where Im siting.

Samuari has the best sushi in the area hands down. The rolls are large, and tasty. Everything/Anything can be made to order, and theyll even get in special hard to find ingredients if you request them. Ive eating at all the major sushi places in the area, Sagami, Iron Moto, Sakura, Sakana, Mandarin, Wok Sabi...nothing compares in quality and bang for your buck.

Very average experience. In general hibachi places need to do something different as they are all getting stale and this place is no different. Onion volcano, guy throws thing in your mouth, puts out fire with too of kid peeing.... food was okay. Good for taking my son too but would not go there regularly

Got the sushi & sashimi combination. It stated 12 pieces of sashimi, 5 piece of sushi, and a tuna roll. I got 9 piece of sashimi, 3 pieces or sushi, and no tuna roll. Definitely not worth my business anymore. I used to come here once a week. But after being ripped off, I wont be coming here any time soon.

I love the food service is what you would expect from a place like this but on several occasions i have stood at the front for a very long time with the staff just looking at me and not taking my order they could have at least told me to leave and not waste 30 min standing and waiting

I think the only reason I dont get 52 weeks in is I am out of town the others. Fri PM at the sushi bar is the place to be for me. Savon is an artist and Maggie and her team always provide a great dining experience. 3 yrs. ++ now. Been to the rest... fagettaboutit.

I have gone all over south jersey for sushi, and this is the place I always go back to. It is clean, fresh fish, fast services, and good atmosphere. When you eat raw fish, you have to trust them, and this place is always clean.

I am in this place every week for Hibachi. My 5-year-old loves it, knows all the chefs by name. The people are always good to us, the hibachi is good (its hibachi, so it is always consistent). See you next week Gary :-)

Very good fish and presentation. Better than what saw on previous photos. 50% off sushi/rolls only is a nice deal too. Almost full house during dinner time when I walked in, lots of students from near by college.

The worst hibachi I have ever had! Tiny portions, bland flavors, the chicken was very tough, just everything about it was a complete disappointment. Too many other options to ever consider this place.

Whenever I dine at samurai, it is always very pleasant. One way they could improve their menu, though, is by possibly creating a specialty vegan sushi roll as they already have basic vegan rolls.

They say 50% off of all sushi but they give you smaller portions. Most other places offer 8 pieces in a California roll, these folks only have 6 so its not really 50% off. Kind of misleading.

Ate there yesterday. Tasted good but got food poisoning and have been throwing up since a few hours after I went. Definetly never going back. Rude service and they got my order wrong 3 times.
