The absolute worst service I have ever experienced while dining. My boyfriend and I sat in the bar area, so the bartender was our server. She was not friendly at all upon taking our order. First we ordered a soda and an ultimate electric lemonade. She brought the soda, but no lemonade. Our food order was taken, still no lemonade. Finally after roughly fifteen minutes and our first round of apps my boyfriend went up to the bar for my drink and she gave me a plain lemonade. Since she didnt come over to check on us I had to ask the food runner to get our server so I could let her know my drink was wrong. The whole time she was very rude, slammed plates on the table, and made us seem like an annoyance instead of a customer. Next time we decide to go to Fridays for dinner, it wont be this location.

My experience was OK, I usually stop there every so often to unwind with a few drinks. I must say that the quality of the food has nose dived, especially the wings. The buffalo wings comes out all dried up, freezer burned with not a drop of sauce. On the flat screen you see the commercial showing their appetizers & the wings on the commercial is what youre expecting & paying for. We used to go there for dinner like 2x a week but the quality of food sucks so bad that we travel to TGIF in Woodbridge. I will stop going there at all when the bar starts to SUCK. For me the bar service & drinks made are still descent. My wife wants me to stop patronizing the place until they improve their food game. Her request is under consideration. Yesterday 9/29/16 I went to the Toms River NJ TGIF. ordered chicken sliders with a salad and fries comes with that. My co worker ordered a burger sweet potato fries, The chicken on the sliders had been cooked as hard as rocks. My co-workers burger can out very well done and regular fries. We were on lunch break so we didnt have time for them to do it over again. So I took the chicken off the bread and cut it up into my salad. My co-workers sweet potato fries came and the were at least warm. The only good thing about the whole thing was our waitress. She was nice and apologized, 28.00 later it was of little help to my wallet. No worries I will never visit that place again.

I brought my basketball team for dinner after our final game of the season this past Saturday, August 22, 2015. Greg the Manager was very accommodating, and the services was fine. HOWEVER, this restaurant is filthy. I wouldnt ever go back or recommend it...the floors were sticky, no matter where you were, in the front, by the tables, near the kitchen...the tables were sticky as well. Then I looked around and realized that this was a mistake. The walls, glass, baseboards were all filthy. Afterward, I received comments from the parents AND 12 year old players. Sad, years ago my husband and I frequented the bar area. Never again...

Worse this Fridays I have been to the host just stood there and rolled her eyes like we bugged her. When we came in the door and brings us to a not cleaned table and tells us to wait there and then a waitress comes over and rush cleans it and never wipes the table and then sits another couple at the table as we are waiting for to gunshot cleaning it and this is just the start of the bad food and service we have had at this place this. Last time I thought I would see if things would haves but no so ill drive 20 mins out of my way to Howell.

Disappointed that there were so many open tables but a 30 minute wait because of lack of servers. The hostess should be commended for her patience and professionalism in dealing with hungry, inpatient customers like myself who had to wait longer than the wait time quoted. She really kept her cool and I definitely would not want to be in her shoes. Once seated, food was great, waited a little long for our first round of appetizers but after that all was great. Again Hostess should be commended. Hope you can find more people to hire.

The server morgan was making her boyfriend in a booth while our food was up in the window ready. She was so slow because all she was doing was kissing her bf. We spoke with the manager liz who then took the table over but since she has no managment skills she told the server morgan about our complaint and the boyfriend tryed to instigate a fight between me and my friend. I went over to speak with him and then the agm liz was shocked so she went to the back to cry. She has no control over the front of house

Food was ok. Typical of Fridays. Service was awful. Barely got a smile from waitress. She came once and could bare wait for response when asking if everything came out ok. We waited at least 20 min after finishing for a check. Finally my husband got up to ask someone for a check. When she brought it was with an attitude like we were a bother. I am in my 60s, go out to eat quite often but have only 2 or 3 times in my life not left a tip. I still think a tip is based on service. I hope she got the message

I came here last night. My boneless wings had NO sauce on them, my cheeseburger slider had hair on the plate, my fries taste as if it was made in a salt factory, and to top it off it was absolutely uncomfortably freezing I should of just ate outside. To top it off my waitress was uninviting and nowhere to be around. I will never give the Fridays in freehold, nj or another Fridays any of my hard earned money ever again. DISGUSTING!

I have never been so disappointed in Fridays. The server was so inattentive. We had to ask for silverware, plates, and refills. The quesadilla appetizer was lacking in everything. Our dinners were so disgusting. The buns to our burger and chicken sandwiches were saturated with grease. I wanted to ask them to sing Happy Birthday for my daughters birthday but couldnt wait to get out of there! Never going back!

Place is nice, food was good. Our server was very nice. I will come back. I would have given 5 stars but my drink wasnt what I ordered. I returned to TGI Fridays a week ago and it was so cold inside it was like eating outdoors. Service was great but even our server had on a coat. It would have been enjoyable if only they will turn on the heat.

Horrible experience at the bar, I dont know if the bartenders were new or or just having a off night. Service was extremely slow for the amount of people that were there. They were very rude and did not seem to care about helping customers at all. Staff use to be very friendly, not sure what happened. Will be bring my business elsewhere.

The only thing that was good about my dinner experience today was the server. Joe was nice. The NUMEROUS flies and dirty dirty furniture was not. The bathroom was filthy, the fries were cold. They gave us about 9 french fries and the chicken was way overcooked. Will not be bringing family to this Fridays again.
